Repair service
The customer service started off ok no issues however repair side of things is shocking. I have been waiting since 3rd of August to get my scooter in for repair to no avail only had it about 5 month. This is due to another company they use to fix my type of scooter. Faulty battery's and wonky seat issues.
Had a lovely lady named Alice on the phone today very apologetic regarding service I have had. Wanted photos of seat issue. Information given regarding battery fault. Now booked in for Tuesday next week so fingers crossed that issues will be resolved.

Electric mobility wheelchair
I first went into the store, the lady there was lovely tried out a few chairs, but thus one suited me better, I went away to have a think as its a big decision to make, after a couple of days I ordered it online, within a few hours they rang me up to confirm and arrange delivery, the man who delivered it was really nice stayed a bit while I tried it out. Down side you have to scan the QR code for full instructions, would recommend this business.

Bought a mobility scooter paid over £1000 pound told they were out of stock but due in ordered in July now September told it would be delivered yesterday no text with time slot so got it touch to be told the brakes had a problem so wouldn’t be delivered not informed even though they knew since last Friday that’s a week ago today, told them I wanted a refund, they said management would ring yesterday, no call arrived rang again this morning told me they would get management to call it’s now late afternoon no call so just rang again lady was shitty on they phone saying she has asked them to call and that’s all she can do absolutely disgusting service don’t buy from them they have had over a thousand pound of my money in their bank since July getting the interest whilst I get charged interest on my credit card
