Customer service is good too, I had had one issue a while back with a frequency band on a radio mic being incorrect and they cheerfully replaced it . Highly recommended!

The wait time was much longer than…
The wait time was much longer than advised and there was no updates from Manny's until i reached out to them. Perhaps Manny's could track shipments and advise delays. The tracking ID i eventually received from the company indicated the goods were sent from Manny's address whereas on purchase I was advised the goods would be sent to my address when they arrived in the country.

These guys are not to be trusted
These guys are not to be trusted. I bought an open box compressor from them. it was a $100 off the retail and was said to be in perfect condition. When I got it four of the pots were broken and would not turn. So what they actually meant was open and broken but we'll sell it anyway. The worst music store in Australia.

Always a good experience at Store DJ in Windsor, Fitzroy and Brisbane. Nice staff, good service and good products. Glad to still have physical shops around Australia.

The guys at Store DJ really know their stuff. The stock holding is really good too. I got an Akai midi controller that I needed to control my stems. It was available straight away.
