Stqshoes Reviews

I ordered a pair of shoes and I thought they were the same shoes that I had bought from you a couple of years ago. They looked identical so I thought they were the same shoe but unfortunately when I received them, they were not. The shoes I wanted were slip on these were not. When I contacted you, I think I got an AI generated bot and after sending pictures to you I was told that it was not the same shoe and you no longer made the shoe that I wanted. I told them I was returning and asked for help with finding a similar shoe and I receive no answer. I navigated around your site to try and find a similar shoe and after that, I just lost interest so I am getting a refund. I’ve already returned the shoes and unfortunately, I will go look elsewhere.

ONLY RECEIVED 1/2 MY ORDER...still waiting for the other package, and its ben over a week .

I have purchased 6 pair of STQ shoes. The fit and quality of these shoes have declined horribly. They are no longer made by the same manufacturer and it shows.

These shoes are very comfortable and cute. Shipping was very fast. Although there was a hiccup with the shipping address once resolved I had them within 2 days. Great product, fast shipping and awesome communication thank you!

First time buying these shoes. I am very pleased with the fit and quality.

The shoe is of just below average quality and does not look the same finished product as was in the pictures on the online store.

I was able to find this sandal that I love on line was so wonderful

Easy to order, liked the free delivery. Love the product!

Son muy cómodos

Shoes are good fit at a good price.

These shoes are so comfortable! I absolutely love them.

I use orthotics in my shoes having plantar fasciitis. Since discovering these shoes with arch support, I no longer have to insert the orthotic to support my feet. Arch support STQ is the best shoe for my feet! My Godson introduced me to this shoe and I have been purchasing only your product. Thank you!

These shoes are so comfortable and easy to get into and out of. I love them. They look good with everything. They hold up really well, too, and my oldest pair are still in great shape after constant summer and winter wear... still using them this year for gardening and at home shoes. I now have 6 pairs and have thrown out all my other brands of shoes. I only wear Stq shoes.

Shoes are a little too wide. Wish I could tighten the design laces. Also I have a bunion and back issues which could have benefited from supports within shoe itself. Like the color and fabric

The shoes did not fit and return shipping cost $30. Do not buy!!

It is difficult to find shoes wide enough to be comfortable. I'm happy to have found a new source for comfortable and affordable shoes!

This review is about their customer service. When I finally got my shoes they were great. I got a response saying my order was accepted, and nothing after that. I reached out to the company via chat 3 or 4 times, and no response until after almost a week. I tried calling, and the phone number was not in service, and no shoes. My last chat to STQ was f I don't get my shoes I will call the bank and dispute what I was charged for my shoes, and I finally got a simple apology for the inconvenience and my shoe came later that week

Still not here.
