I have been trying to get ahold of you because my shoes don't fit they are to small and I can not get ahold of anyone to help me. I just want to return these and get a size 10 instead. Please help me.

7 pairs and counting
I have over several years purchased 7 pairs of these very comfortable, lightweight, bendable slip-on 'sneakers', and look forward to new fabrics each year! They are almost a 'barefoot' shoe; but they have what I consider a benefit a slight arch support built into the rubber molded sole. I love the removable and washable insert since I wear these without socks most of the time.
My only complaint is they are a medium toe width, and I could use a little more space in the toe box!! The fact they are a canvas cloth allows for some stretch although that takes wearing in. LMK if you ever go for a wide with - I will take one pair of each! ;)

Great experience after wearing my STQ shoes.
My experience after wearing my STQ shoes included no pain& no down time.
The extra space for my toes was a game
changer! I have arthritic toes & symptoms of early neuropathy. I have recently bought another pair STQ shoes for summer wear.

Decent Shoe
The shoes are about what I expected from the description. I thought they would have more cushion on the insole and they were not as snug as I had hoped due to the stretchy quality of the fabric.

All Day Comfort
The stretchy fabric makes these ankle boots so comfortable I can wear them all day!

First I waited 2 weeks for my order to arrive. Then I returned a pair of shoes because they were too big. I had to pay to return the shoes plus proof there was no damage. Not good customer service. I do like the pair of shoes I kept but will never order from this company again.

This is my second purchase
This is my second purchase. I have Mortons Neuroma, so a wide toe box is a must. The arch supports are adequate. I love the heel height. I get lots of compliments on the look. I am able to order my regular size. And the selection is great. Affordable options.

Great and comfortable shoes
This was the third pair of SQT shoes I have purchased. They are very comfortable, maybe not the prettiest out there, but so comfortable. I definitely like the SQT shoes.

Good customer service
I ordered one pair of shoes a slightly different style from my first pair. It wasn’t as comfortable as the original style so i asked to return them. I ordered the color i wanted in the original style. That order came right away but inly had 1 shoe in the box!!! I contacted support and they said to just keep the shoe and they refunded my money.
Meanwhile, I hadn’t returned the first pair yet. I went to do that and discovered it would cost me ($16) to mail them plus I would have to pay a restocking fee. I’ll do better to sell them on facebook then get a refund after costs. So the customer service was good, and I really love the comfort of the shoe, make sure you want what you order because if’s not worth it to return.
