Stqshoes Reviews

Recommend by a friend - probably the most comfortable support shoes I have ever had. Really appreciate them.

I love these shoes!!! They super comfortable and durable. Please do not discontinue them as I work long hours and walk about 30 miles a day on concrete floors these are my favorite shoes that cause my body to not hurt all over.

Terrible customer service. I would like to exchange a pair and have emailed two times in the last two weeks with no response. Sizes run big. Was happy to support a USA company but they do not respond to the contact email on their site.

I love love love STQ-SHOES. Theyve been with me on my journey of losing 250 pounds and walking with me around the block up to walking/running 5k's 10k's and now on to half marathons.
The shoes are so easy there is no breaking them in. They are comfortable right away. I have 4 pair i cycle for walking and im excited to try their running shoes next.
Literally any issue ive ever had, which was a whopping 1 issue in 5 years, was resolved instantly, by a real life human, and I recieved a full refund.
They are also very reasonably priced and I love that the price has stayed pretty steady for the last 5 years.

Came very quickly.

Your customer service is severely lacking. I returned my shoes for a credit!!!

The shoes I ordered are very stylish and comfortable.

A friend's daughter recommended the air cushion mesh shoes, at the time she worked in the medical field. I worked at a nursery where I stand and walked on uneven terrain and asphalt. My feet did not ached as much and they provided supported I needed than wearing the other brand athletic shoes. I do recommend them and feel the support they provide.

Quick, correct and super comfy shoes.

Shoes were extremely uncomfortable. Tried emailing twice to request the return process to begin, as instructed on website, but didn't receive a reply.

I also tried calling but the phone number listed on their website is not valid. I will contact my bank to have the payment denied.

Not answering on my return after many attempts. I have contacted my credit card number.

I LOVE your shoes! I have 4 pairs. My friends are now buying them too!.

Experience was great when I first ordered the sneakers. They came in a little little bit bigger than my normal size was returned very easily and resent quickly. Very happy with this product.

I adore these shoes. Highly recommend. They also came the next day after I ordered. I was shocked.

My shoes arrived in a timely manner and I love them! They are lightweight and feel great. They are true to size. I have wider feet so accurate size description is important to me and STQShoes delivered!

I didn’t received my package, and the company is no way to be found, i emailed them, called them, and i didn’t have any responds or refund or anything

I received excellent customer service & support
I wish they carried Double A width shoes. Because I love their selection!

Due to security issues I closed a paypal account a few months ago and cancelled the credit card they had on file and got a new card. When I purchased the shoes from STQ they gave the paypal option but I didn't select it. I selected pay with visa and gave them the visa information. Guess what. They ran it thru paypal. I got a reciept from paypal. They now have my information and credit cart information in their files. They looked it up. So now I'm dealing with their security dept again to try to get this taken care of again. And I will now have to cancel this credit card again to make sure they don't have it in their records. Thank You STQ. So if you are buying from STQ and you have any issue with being in Pay Pals records you better ask some questions before you give your infoe to them.
