I recently completed my level 3 online personal training course with Study Active, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! This morning I had Chris Lawson examining me for my L2 Practical Assessment and I had a really positive experience throughout. Chris was really welcoming and supportive throughout, and provided me with a lot of knowledge and feedback which has helped me to continue improving my skill set. Would highly recommend him

I used Study Active to complete my Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications. Couldn’t be happier with my experience. The courses and exam structures are incredibly thorough and well-designed, making the learning process smooth and effective.

The support team has been outstanding, always providing prompt and detailed explanations whenever I had questions. Their assistance really made a difference.

A special shout-out to Chris, who conducted my Level 2 practical exam. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and made the whole process much less stressful.

Chris was great

Level 2 Fitness/Gym Instructor course. The learning platform was easy to navigate, broken down into manageable chunks and the supporting learning material was really helpful. It was good that I could revisit the sections as and when required and the practice assessments/ end of module tests were really useful. I liked being able to complete the course at my own pace and managed to complete it all in about 2 months. The team at Study Active were very prompt in responding to queries. The feedback provided on the coursework and client programme was really useful. The practical assessment with Chris was brilliant - he put me at ease, was really encouraging and he gave great feedback for the assessment and for coaching in general. I was nervous about the assessment, but I actually really enjoyed it!

I have been extremely pleased with the PT level 3 course, support and advice given to me by the study active team.
I am so pleased to of passed my practical exam on Saturday with Chris.
He was excellent with all his tips and support and I would highly recommend booking your practical with him, he has a wealth of experience, and puts you at ease from the minute you arrive. Cheers James M

My experience with study active was brilliant. Cannot fault them nor the learning facilities. They were very patient, although I took longer than anticipated to complete the courses, but overall, very happy. My tutor Kelly and the team very responsive and supportive, would highly recommend!!

My assessor Chris was great; really encouraging and genuinely helpful. He made the practical assessment a very smooth process.
The coursework element of the course took longer than expected, sometimes the communication wasn't clear as to what was required.
Overall, a good experience and box ticked to furthering career development.

I'm absolutely made up I chose with study active everyone I've dealt with have been very supportive in every aspect of me trying to achieve my goals .I would highly recommend and also hopefully Chris the assessor got my feedback he was excellent in the role he does and went the extra mile in helping me achieve my assessment.

Chris took me through the final assessment and made the experience surprisingly enjoyable! Brilliant at calming nerves, very helpful insights and feedback, altogether extremely nice bloke!

The guidance from tutors, the videos, the manuals and the overall opportunity to ring the tutor, ask questions and get the support make the educational journey easier and successful. The options to submit a video or to book an assessment give a flexibility and meet the needs of a learner. The support of the tutor during practical assessments brings the knowledge and skills out of you and makes the thorough experience comfortable, enriching and successful.

Easy instructions, excellent learning resources. Staff communicate quickly via email and telephone.

Excellent Course for level 2! Very clear and guided. Exams were well planned and Chris was a great examiner making the whole thing much less stressful!

Claire, who called upon receipt of my brochure request, was very friendly and not over bearing, ie, I didn't feel like she was all out to sell me the course. Claire understood what were my requirements were and I didn't feel rushed when I asked questions.

I had an excellent experience completing the L2 Fitness Instructor Course. The content was both informative and practical, with well-structured and easy-to-follow manuals. The combination of e-learning and coursework was incredibly effective in helping me retain the material. That said, I found the practical exam to be the most beneficial part of the course. Chris created a comfortable environment for both me and my client, and throughout the assessment, he not only evaluated my performance as an instructor but also provided valuable feedback and even some extra tips for several exercises. I feel much more confident after that day, both from a technical and a professional perspective. Thank you!

Study Active have been a great education provider for me.
They are always on hand to answer any questions I've had.
The online learning is done in a way that allows me to easily learn when I choose too and the final assessment I had was truly an enjoyable experience thanks the assessor Chris Walsh, who was amazing at making an anxious student alot calmer.
I look forward to continuing my education with Study Active as I plan on enrolling in a referrals L4 qualification next year.
