I totally agree with the other 5 Star Reviews of the excellent customer service provided by Miya. She always responded promptly to any questions or issues that we had in a most pleasant, courteous and professional manner. She takes customer support to another level.

Miya kept us well informed and updated on some manufacturing and delivery delays. She also provided the links for a pdf user’s manual and for the various videos for the operation of the machine, as well as a course of action when we thought we had an issue with a head. In the end, there was no issue.

Though time will tell how well the 9-in-1 Beauty Machine MS-21S9S actually performs, it certainly appears to be a quality and well-built machine, besides looking very nice. It was well packaged and received in working condition.

I ordered 4 electrical devices from them and they refused to include a manual. All electronic devices come with a paper physical manual included. They didn't have it. I would not trust them. They were quick to dismiss me. Cancelled my order then begged me to remove my review.

I know how scary it is to buy from a company you are not familiar with , but sometimes you just have to take your chance. So I took mine with this amazing company! I felt like I could trust them because they are very on top of things. Their customer service is beyond Amazing! I received my machine and with my logo in like a week and a half ! They also have group chats to help us! Theyre looking for influencers too , and I was one of the lucky ones that was approved and they will gift me a machine value of $400 in exchange for a video! De verdad debo decir que es uno de los mejores servicios al cliente que he recibido. Tuve muchas dudas de comprar la máquina (semanas leyendo y comparando marcas) si iba a ser buena o no, si tenía garantía real o no al comprarla. Le hicieron seguimiento a mi pedido desde el momento en que lo compre e incluso están pendientes de que te llegue. Han respondido a todas mis dudas y han resuelto hasta ahora, de manera conveniente y rápida, un detalle técnico que tuve con un handle (tienen verdadero conocimiento de sus productos). El grupo de WhatsApp de tips es maravilloso también.

A pesar de la diferencia horaria entre China y USA, todo ha sido ameno y conveniente (que es lo más importante). Mi principal lenguaje es español y sin embargo han sabido comprender a la perfección mis mensajes en inglés. Cada día voy sintiendo más que hice una buena elección al haber elegido esta empresa para comprar mi máquina (New 360° Automatic Rotary Radio Frequency Ultrasonic Cavitation Vacuum Body Contouring Machine). Acerca de la efectividad de la máquina, ya les diré en un par de meses como va mi zona tratada =). Debido a la distancia y que todo es remoto, yo aconsejaría que hagas vídeo de cuando abres la caja y saques los componentes, de cómo quedó todo instalado y vídeo de cuando pruebas todo por primera vez, eso ahorra tiempo en la resolución de problemas si los llegas a tener. Prueba bien la máquina y has las preguntas pertinentes.

I have to say that this is some of the best customer service I have ever received. I had many doubts about buying the machine (weeks of reading and comparing brands) if it was going to be good or not, and if it had a real guarantee or not when buying it. They tracked my order from the moment I bought it and are even waiting for it to reach you. They have answered all my questions and have solved so far, conveniently and quickly, a technical detail that I had with a handle (they have real knowledge of their products). The tips WhatsApp group is wonderful too.

Despite the time difference between China and the USA, everything has been pleasant and convenient (which is the most important thing). My main language is Spanish and yet they have been able to perfectly understand my messages in English. Every day I feel more that I made a good choice by choosing this company to buy my machine (New 360° Automatic Rotary Radio Frequency Ultrasonic Cavitation Vacuum Body Contouring Machine). Regarding the effectiveness of the machine, I will tell in a couple of months how my treated area is going =). Due to the distance and that everything is remote, I would advise that you make a video of when you open the box and take out the components, how everything was installed and a video of when you try everything for the first time, that saves time in solving issues (if you get them). Test the machine well and ask pertinent questions.
