I bought an oil from Sunnamusk and it started to burn my skin I had to immediately wash it of it was still burning my skin I had to wash my hands 4 times not impressed by it, it started to smell very off and not the same to when I bought it iv only had it for 7 months, I don’t think I will ever buy from here ever again I normally have a collection of oils they have never done this. Unfortunately I will not recommend this fragrance shop to anyone.

The lady was very very patient as we was looking for something particularl,we could find that. But I did found something else and got amazing parfume. Lady serving us was very friendly, polite and had amazing customer service. She had big smile all the time .

Definitely buying again
The customer service was absolutely spot on as a picky scent person they were patient to help me find the scent suited to me. Alongside that the first scent recommended to me after knowing my preferred accent scent is the one I went for so the salesperson was very experienced in the scents.
