Catfish Quality
Went to the Birmingham store and asked for the strongest perfume they had. She showed me a tester and it was beautiful, strong, and lasted the duration of my shop around town. So I went back and bought it.
When I went home and opened it that’s when things went down hill… it didn’t even last 5 minutes and it stained my top??? My white top now has a perfume stain on which doesn’t seem to come off…
My advice is don’t show one strong quality as a tester and then sell a significantly weaker quality. Be honest in your business.

Biggest downside of SunnaMusk is their pricing. For a brand that wants to promote the sunnah, it’s a shame the cost of the goods are so expensive. The 50ml bottle goes for £80. Very rarely they do deals, like the Ramadan sale which ends tomorrow is 15% off everything, so works out to be £68. That price should the standard price RRP, not sale
Repeated customers used to get 10% off if you went back with existing bottles for refills. They stop doing that. The deals they have you have to buy 2 bottles to get the third at half price LOL 😂
That isn’t even a deal, how much is a customer supposed to spend? Feels extortion
I spoke to some of the sales assistant in stand alone stalls, even the workers say the management/ leadership teams don’t take on board what customers say or staff feedback. The ceo/owner making too much money, and is forgetting its core customers. Feel it’s a sunnah brand but doesn’t run in sunnah way
Looking for the day a rival company comes along and charges halal prices! Getting disappointing, finding it difficult to stay loyal to a brand I once loved

Customer Service was Fab! Saleswoman was knowledgeable, friendly and fun to work with. She was able to give insight on combinations of layering oils and fragrances that were undeniably irresistible! Let’s just say 5 fragrances and 3 oils later my cousins and I walked away extremely happy!

My experience with Sunnamusk was excellent. The sale assistant was very polite and helpful and recommended some lovely products, which I was very happy with. All the scents smell great, and I will definitely being going back.

Best fragrance and oils ever I went to the store in the bull ring Birmingham the staff are very helpful and polite and professional and let me try different scents and aftershaves and oils defo worth the prices and I would highly recommend it to friends and family and will be shopping there again

This is a con , they refused to give my money until I called security and took pictures of returns policy and the store and threaten them with trading standards
I purchased products, but first , I was given some on a card . I liked the fragrance so decided to go back within one hour. I purchased a spray, I spayed on me this time. In less than 10m could not smell a thing . I asked two random people to smell me , they could smell nothing . When I tried to take it back they refused . Hr and managers say tough basically, I called security and they had a returns policy, took me half an hour to get my money returned. Bad product bad management, I go as far to say product is very very bad , I would not urge any one to buy this even the woman in boots couldn’t smell no fragrance on me what’s so ever. Very bad experience
