Ich habe 2 Lounger bestellt. Die Qualität ist sehr gut, leider hat sich aber die Farbe verändert. Die Firma hat auf meine Reklamation am gleichen Tag geantwortet und hat mir ein zufriedenstellendes Angebot gemacht. Sehr guter Service und sehr guter Umgang mit Kunden.

I ordered the twin lux float for my little sister for Christmas. She opened it on Christmas and one of the headrest weren’t attached and where it was supposed to be attached. There were two small holes. It’s still inflated and we were still able to use it on Christmas Day, but the next morning I sent them an email on Boxing Day and they responded at 8:30 am in the morning and by 12 pm lunchtime they had ordered a second one to be shipped to my house free of charge and we are still able to keep the original one. They all have repair kit in it so we were able to easily repair the floaty and now we have two, the customer service was really really quick and very kind and I really appreciate how quick it was considering that it was Christmas and Boxing Day. The product itself is beautiful high-quality and I love it and so does my little sister. The whole family’s been using. It definitely will order again in the future.

i ordered two items for my kid, we were leaving to overseas within a week; however, i needed urgently exchange the item and work through the details. Sunny Life team responded to my emails within an hour in the same day, shipped replacement (express shipping) the next day, did an outstanding job resolving my inquiry, great team, great customer support and good products, my kid was very happy with the purchased items.

Sadly, such poor quality. Beautiful products but all items I’ve bought from Sunnylife have broken/rusted/deflated within hours of use. Disappointing and I will not be buying this brand again.

DO NOT BUY
I recently purchased 2 products from Sunnylife, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. We took the items on holiday with us and within 30 minutes of using the Rio Bat catch ball and bats rio, the ball was broken and the glue had dissolved breaking apart the bats. To make matters worse, customer service was unresponsive when I reached out for assistance. I understand that things can occasionally go wrong, but the lack of support and the defective product left me frustrated. I will not be purchasing from Sunnylife again and cannot recommend their products based on this experience.
Save your money and look elsewhere

Ridiculous customer service!! Does not reply to emails and has a phone number but apparently no one to answer it! How many people work in your customer service team for you to just ignore emails and calls. I never received my order and I’ve been trying to contact you for over a month now. Order is 28039

I have an email chain showing the correspondence with customer service regarding the refund. I was told to cancel the PayPal dispute and a refund would be given. Then once I cancelled the dispute I was told only a partial refund would be given. Several emails were sent and I did not agree to a partial refund, but that is what was issued. Very disappointed in this transaction. Poor quality product and damaged when it arrived. The emails were poorly written and unprofessional. I felt almost bullied to take the partial refund. If needed I can forward the emails. Please advise where I can send them.

Product arrived damaged and broken. Company refused to help unless PayPal dispute was dropped. Big mistake on my part. After I dropped the dispute they refused to refund full amount. Instead agreed to refund 70%. Hasn't arrived yet. Would never purchase from them again!

Worst quality ever! Customer service was not helpful. If you must buy one of their products, by from a reseller like David Jones. Even when the product was defective, they would not offer a refund.

The chairs were beautiful when we first…
The chairs were beautiful when we first got them BUT after just a few weeks the wood on the chairs mildewed. They’re made to be outside so it’s crazy it did this. I haven’t ever had a chair do this especially one that costs so much. I’ve been disappointed with this purchase.

Sellers item arrived damaged
Sellers item arrived damaged. Refuse to issue refund unless I drop the Palpal dispute. DO NOT DO THIS EVER.... you will not have any recourse to get a refund if you do as PAYPAL closes the case and you cannot reopen it. This is a shady overseas company and they sell crap that is not worth what you pay.

Their products are cheaply made, poorly constructed and not properly packaged for shipping. My challenge coin display arrived very damaged and their only solution was recommending that I repair it myself. Also, unwilling to offer any refund, even after following their instructions on sending photos. They are a scam

Beach chair not fit for use
Bought a beach chair to take on my holiday of a lifetime...so disappointing. I didn't mind paying extra for a a quality product. But after 10 uses the seat seam has frayed on both sides and the chair no longer holds position, just collapsing when I lean back. It cost over £100 and is totally useless. I emailed them a few days ago and not had a reply, hence me putting it on here in the hope I get a response.
I'm UK based and very disappointed. I thought I'd be a customer for life.

Matelas bien large avec une housse très agréable et un confort parfait 👌!
Un petit détail à savoir : ce matelas se gonfle en 2 parties mais la première consiste en un seul petit boudin pour un meilleur maintien, la partie 2 représentant le reste du matelas .
Je tiens à remercier Alvin et Lene du service clientèle pour leur rapidité, leur efficacité et leur gentillesse... Des vrais pros 👍!
Ce matelas vaut vraiment son prix. Je vous le recommande !

Very large mattress with a very pleasant cover and perfect comfort👌!
A small detail to know: this mattress inflates in 2 parts but the first consists of a single small sausage for better support, part 2 representing the rest of the mattress.
I would like to thank Alvin and Lene from customer service for their speed, efficiency and kindness... Real pros 👍🙏!

Great customer service
Ordered a sale item, process and delivery was fast. Unfortunately on opening, there was some damage. When I contacted sunnylife they were super responsive, and sent out a new item to replace the damaged one.
