Chris is unmatched. The best Customer Service Representative I’ve ever had who has addressed my concerns regarding the shipping date for my upcoming surf camp. Taking the efforts to make my online purchase worth my time and money. Super efficient and detailed when one of my ordered item became unavailable, I was informed immediately. The quick response with another similar item on offer is also commendable. Chris has exhibited friendliness, expertise, and ensured my comfort throughout the entire shopping experience. Kudos to Chris, a keeper to the organisation!

Parcel did NOT arrive! Customer service is now IGNORING me for over 1.5 months!
Parcel was meant to arrive 12th of December 2023. Today its the 24th of Jan 2024 and it still hasn't been resolved. I put a complaint through and received an email on the 26th of December. since then I have sent two more emails and have been ignored. Phoned numerous times and can never get through to anyone.
I would just like my parcel to be delivered!

I was on holiday recently and a family by the pool all had Sunnylife floats and dive buddies. Until then, I had never seen this brand before. Everything is so cute, sparkly and brightly coloured. Absolutely fantastic for children. As soon as I got home, I stocked up on various Sunnylife pool toys (their sale is fantastic) and I am so excited to see my daughters face when she sees her new floats on our next holiday. The products are superb, high quality and eye catching. Sunnylife are my new favourite kids brand and highly recommended.

I love all of the products I purchased…
I love all of the products I purchased from them. My only complaint would be the children’s life vest, the top Velcros together and my 2 year old is a whiz at sneaking out of it faster than lighting. Maybe a snap or buckle? Otherwise everything was great, the order shipped fast and everyone loves using my poolside lounger.

Extremely disappointed!
Extremely disappointed with my purchases. I thought Australian produced pool tools would be higher quality than the usual useless toys which burst or split first time used so I paid the higher prices for some water squirting toys and a jumbo sized ring for the swimming pool. The jumbo ring got a one inch split in it on the first day it was used when a 12 year old child jumped on it (no sharp object on him to cause it) and the squirters stopped working after a day. I may as well have bought the cheap rubbish.

Not so good return policy
Very cute swim vests, but horrible return policy. I didn’t notice that they do not offer free returns or exchanges so when the swim vests for my two daughters didn’t fit, it cost me $20 to return. I was initially going to just exchange them for a smaller size and not get a refund but with a return policy like that, it wasn’t worth the money :( Wish I could’ve kept them. Won’t be ordering again.

I purchased a pair of beach chairs and…
I purchased a pair of beach chairs and a matching umbrella. 48 hours later received an email infomring me the chairs are out of stock but the umbrella has been sent. I explained that it was a matching set and due to their stock ERROR i would like to return the umbrella. After 5+ emails i am still waiting for a return label, i would AVOID this company, very unprofessional and questionable "setup". Stick to the main stream ecommerce stores who are happy to help when it comes to returns and refunds! I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM!!
Update: They did refund me whilst waiting for the return label.

Dreadful products
I purchased eight inflatable products. Four of them deflated over the next 48 hours and were completely defective. This was a real pity as they were very expensive. In total only two stayed inflated. I thought I was buying quality. They are not worth the money. Customer services could not help me at all. Though they did respond suggesting I take them back to the retailer.Interestingly John Lewis is not selling sunnylife this year. I spent over £500 pounds on them in total- do not waste your money and look elsewhere for quality pool products. This brand is far from that! Such a pity as they looked really good.
