My favourite brands for summer

This is one of my favourites brands for summer. High quality and stylish products. I purchased their beach umbrella and chairs, and everyone at the beach keep asking me where I got them from. Highly recommended!

Really disappointing

Really disappointing. Had to cancel my order as I do not expect it will arrive in time for my holiday. Allowed 5 weeks for delivery. Such a shame. Please sort out your shipping issues. It’s worse than literally everywhere else.L, which makes zero sense.

Update 22.07: package arrived a day after submitting this review. I still think they should be better.

Terrible customer service…

I placed my order with this company over two weeks ago and still to date I haven't received them and I can't even track the shipping. It's utterly ridiculous considering they are being shipped from Rotterdam to London and you actually pay for shipping costs despite spending £150 with the company. Most companies actually take care of the shipping fees at that level of spend and the product are delivered within 3-4 business days. Not this company though.

Unfortunately same terrible experience as previous reviews below. No idea when the product will arrive despite being purchased 2 weeks ago. Very poor service.

Avoid avoid avoid

Waited a month for delivery (which I was charged £10 for!), couldn't get anything besides 'we're running behind at the warehouse' out of the team. No useful information at all. Useless. Only good thing about them was that they refunded me immediately when I asked to cancel the order. Would never, ever order from them again.

Terrible customer service

Put simply, this company does not deliver when it says it will. It has no UK phone number and it’s Australia office won’t call you in the UK. Customer service agents are responsive, but they obfuscate you in false positivity while providing no answers to the questions you need answering. They can’t tell you where your order is, they can’t tell you if it’s been dispatched, they just keep telling you they will ‘contact their processing team’. Their customer service agents in Australia have US phone numbers and so, unsurprisingly, you can’t speak to them even if you call them. The US operation is much more helpful, but if you’re not ordering for delivery to the US, it doesn’t solve your problem. A week after ordering we still have no dispatch notice or arrival date, despite endless emails, only the promise of a call from a UK representative. Why wasn’t this arranged at the outset? Very very poor.

Honestly worst service and bad products - 2 of the blowup chairs we purchased were broken in half I contacted them 3 times and no reply. Terrible customer service and terrible products. Our Kmart ones are better and last longer

I actually give this site 0 stars. After I placed my order, I found two separate charges for $59.99. One out of state and another in London. Both were to gentlemen’s clubs. I’m a woman, have no need for that. Glad my bank was able to get my money back.
Tried to call their customer service line and got nothing. Then a random number started texting me saying “hey you called?” I had a text conversation with this “person” for over half an hour trying to explain, with screen shots, that they kept calling me. All they said was “no you called me what can I do for you?” *face palm*
Also tried to email the company and my email returned “undeliverable”
Never got the money back for the purchases I made nor did I get the items I purchased. They were Christmas gifts and I waited and waited and then ended up having to go elsewhere to buy something completely different.

i just made a purchase at sunnylife they hardly respond to my emails now when you try to make a purchase it declines the card im not sure if they are a scam or what but they better give back people their money back or provide proper products i want my order delivered or my money back

POOR QUALITY, SHORT LIFE, EXPENSIVE!

Bought a pool float at beginning of winter opened the box on Monday, inflated, used to lie on in pool for a short time, then deflated next day. We no longer have receipt as purchased on line through a retailer. Manufacturer won’t take responsibility. Cheaper to buy from Kmart and last longer!

SunnyLife products look great and are…

SunnyLife products look great and are expensive. However, the quality is appallingly poor. I bought a SunnyLife beach umbrella in June 2018 and used it perhaps five times. Recently the spokes broke. Rather than carry it back to my car I disposed of it at the beach recycling bin. Days later, one Sunnylife beach chair crumpled but this time I took a photo of the chair and sent it to SunnyLife. They very kindly replaced the chair. However, I bought the beach umbrella from Amara who flatly refused to replace the umbrella because I did not take a photo. Beware!
