This is an updated review after further investigation into this company, and the findings have only confirmed how deeply unreliable they are. The $500 USD shockwave therapy machine I purchased from Sure Beauty has completely failed. At the time of ordering, I specifically asked them to thoroughly check the machine before sending it. They reassured me it was in “very good working condition.”
That reassurance was meaningless. After barely two months of light use, the handle stopped working entirely and the machine became unusable.
I have stopped communicating with the seller because their responses were unreasonable, repetitive, and showed zero accountability. They kept sending the same copy-and-paste responses, refusing to take ownership of the faulty product. Their “solution” was to offer a replacement part completely useless when the device is fundamentally defective. Their only other option was to insist I return the entire machine at MY OWN expense, despite the fact that the product arrived faulty to begin with.
Any reputable business would take responsibility for a defective, high-priced machine.
Instead, Sure Beauty expects customers to spend even more money to ship back a broken, heavy machine that they supplied in faulty condition. That alone reveals exactly how this company operates.

I love my machine I had a situation with one of the parts so I’m waiting on them to send me another one! Other than that the other parts work well! Hopefully they will be sending out my part soon! I bought this machine for Colombian lifting and microdermabrasion. Honestly, it works really well! Great power, easy to use, and you can see results quickly.

However, the delivery took a really long time, but apart from that, there’s nothing to complain about — the machine itself is excellent.

I was initially very excited to try my new cavitation machine, but unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing from the start. The plastic tray that holds the wands arrived broken. After submitting my initial review, I contacted the company and they began the process of sending a replacement tray, which did not arrive until 11/17/2025—approximately a month and a half later.

My surgery took place in September, and during this critical recovery period I continued using the machine while waiting for the replacement tray. I gradually increased the intensity, but noticed no results or changes at all. The “manual” included with the machine consisted only of pictures, with no written instructions or explanations of what the settings (A, B, C, or D) actually meant. I was forced to research everything on my own via the internet. Through that research, I learned what the cavitation handle should actually be doing and quickly realized that I had spent nearly two months of valuable post-surgical recovery time using equipment that was not functioning properly.

The situation was further complicated by ongoing back-and-forth communication, with repeated requests to provide proof that the device was not working. The time difference between China and the U.S., combined with my 12-hour work shifts, made communication extremely slow and frustrating.

I was notified that a replacement handle arrived in mid-December. However, due to being out of town for the holidays, I was unable to retrieve the package until after the New Year. Upon testing the replacement handle, the machine still did not function properly. At that point, I requested to return the machine at the company’s expense for a full refund.

The company has since stated they are willing to issue a full refund without requiring the return of the machine, on the condition that I update my review to reflect their effort to resolve the matter. This is that requested update. Once I receive my full refund, I will gladly update my review again to reflect the final outcome.

While I appreciate their assurances, unfortunately this does not restore the healing time I lost after my September surgery, nor the countless hours I spent troubleshooting and using faulty equipment.

I bought the Contour Max 3 in 1, 40k Lipo Cavitation Machine for At-Home Body Sculpting & Skin Tightening at a very good price of $158.00 and the device was shipped to my home very quickly with no additional shipping costs. I have now been using it for two weeks, every other day. I find it easy to use. I believe most of these devices take about 4 weeks until one sees some results. So far I am pleased with my purchase. I would recommend it to anyone that asked me about purchasing it from Surebeauty! It has a very affordable price compared to other radio frequency devices on the market. Keep in mind that this device specific device is not portable and one needs a fair about of space on the bathroom counter to store and use it.

With radio frequency devices, one has to use a conduction or conductive gel to use the device safely and effectively. I find the one sold by SureBeauty, especially for use on the face is too expensive at $15.99 for 3 oz or 300g. But one can get the conduction or conductive gel at a better price elsewhere online! I did, however, purchase the hot conduction or conductive cream for $15.00 for use on the body from SureBeauty. I haven't used it yet, but it also arrived quickly at no extra charge for shipping as I ordered it separately from the device.

The Price was great, just starting using the machine so cannot comment on results. Communication from surebeauty.com was very good and delivery was fast. I was told I would be provided with a tracking number once shipped and never received the email. However, when I inquired as to the ship date, I received a reply the next day that it was showing as received at the post office and given tracking then.

Great product and customer service. I have tested the fat cav probe the usual way and thought it wasn't working. Did contact the customer service and Miya responded quickly with some instructions of how to do it properly and found out the probe was working fine. The product is great and shipping was fast. Updating my review from about a year ago. My review was based on the ease of the use of the machine and customer service. Been using this machine regularly For over a year now. I see absolutely no results From the machine. I work out regularly and build muscle but using this machine to help tighten and firm, use it on the regular every 72 hours in three different spots and there’s absolutely NO, none, NONE, NO difference in tightness or firmness from this machine. Nothing but a gimmick
Would also like to mention that I did pay thousands of dollars for body sculpting classes, and I am certified. I’ve taken all the necessary classes and I use all of the necessary techniques that are taught and all of the correct product for this machine so don’t come at me about you have to use a certain technique. I’ve paid the money and I’ve gotten certified Through body by Erica and she has very extensive detailed classes about these machines and how to use them.
