ALICE is the best
ALICE, my customer service person made the experience of purchasing my cavitation machine and easy and effortless process. She was patient and very helpful and walked me thru the process of choosing the machine I wanted, with a discount, then paying for it online. She was very responsive to my emails and I chose to buy my equipment from Surebeauty instead of Mychway solely because of Alice. I was so lucky to call and get her online as my customer service person. As yet I haven't opened the box to use my machine but I will in February. I just bought a new house and with all the paperwork and moving I just haven't had the time.

Customer service is phenomenal
I have bought several machines from Surebeauty. All of which have been great quality for my thriving business. They have held up against 4-5 clients per day, They all have had great precise results. I will be getting my machines here when it comes time to order more! And, the customer service is phenomenal when you have any kind of hick up what so ever! Alice is incredible! One machine's head modality had a little problem and Alice has taken incredible care of the situation and me. Knowing just what to do and how to handle the situation. Cavitation Works
My coat feels looser on me around the tummy area. I’ve only used the machine twice. Worth investing in one of these cavitation machines. Saves money going to a beauty clinic as you can top up treatments whenever you want.

Nice user-friendly machine
I ordered a cavitation machine plus cavitation gel. The machine arrived quickly and is easy to use. The gel arrived later and the company were very apologetic about the delay.

10/10 Customer Service Experience
I’ve been in the Body Sculpting industry for a few years and it was time to upgrade my machines. After extensive research I decided to purchase the S Shape which is one of the more expensive machines offered. I still had questions so I reached out to customer service via email.
And Alice responded promptly. She answered all of my questions, and provided me with excellent customer service. She was extremely knowledgeable not only about the machine but how to use it and which products work best with the machine to provide my clients with the very best results.
Alice made me feel so comfortable with my new purchase and has been there every step of the way. When my machine arrived it was perfectly packaged. I could tell it was extremely well made and definitely worth every penny. Any issue I have I know that I can trust Sure Beauty to respond, answer any questions or concerns that I may have and support my purchase. This machine also came with a 12 month warranty included which I didn’t expect. I am so excited to provide my clients with amazing results and I know this machine will not disappoint. Surebeauty shipped quickly, no hidden fees, via fedex. The vacuum hose came very beat up and the bio head wasn’t lighting up, surebeauty sent replacement heads immediately. 10/10 customer service and true to advertised machine.

A lack of directions to follow
The machine appears to function however the instructions (or lack of them) are hard to follow. A video would be more successful maybe or an actual booklet. The very basic instructions and don’t explain how to use the actual devices and I’m still unsure how to turn them on or use correctly.
