A lack of directions to follow
The machine appears to function however the instructions (or lack of them) are hard to follow. A video would be more successful maybe or an actual booklet. The very basic instructions and don’t explain how to use the actual devices and I’m still unsure how to turn them on or use correctly.

Great Company...Great Customer Service
I ordered the Sophia 40K Cavitation Machine and a month later one of the handles broke. Surebeauty took care of me! They sent me a new handle promptly at no cost. Also the cavitation machine is good too! I have been using it every 3 days and I can see slight results already!

Great customer service! Alice helped me out so much. The product came with the wrong cord, but they promptly sent me the correct one. I sent first msg to customer service and I received a reply 2 hours later. That is unheard of nowadays. Thanks again, Alice!

I bought a body contour machine from…
I bought a body contour machine from these guys and the customer service was outstanding!
I ordered it last week. Initially used a 15 pound discount, I then found a 15% discount had been sent to my email. I emailed back relaying I'd rather have the 15% off than the 15 pounds and they sorted it!
There is an import charge which I didn't know about, but they were quick to tell me and ask if I'm OK to pay it and if not they would happily cancel the order and give me a full refund.
I also ordered conducting gel not realising there would be import fee on this too, and at my request that was cancelled as an order.
I have already had the refund of the 15% and gels I had paid for initially, which I cancelled.
It's a fairly big purchase in my opinion and I am happy with the product which arrived today, and this company's customer service and promptness was very impressive- thanks so much

The fast customer service feedback is what made my experience good. I would have liked to be advised that two of my products were out of stock instead of me asking why they were still being processed for shipment. But as soon as they were in stock they were shipped to me right away
