Just bought my first machine from them…
Just bought my first machine from them in Jaunary and had a bit of an issue develop. I emailed them and they immediately sent me out a new part! I'm super impressed and as I grow my business I will be using them again. I was unsure when I first ordered but I have been more than satisfied with these guys!

I ordered the Airstorm 2.5. I’m hoping this machine does what it states . I received the machine within 7 days of my order and the hook up was so easy. Every wand has labeling on the machine as to where it hooks.

I have ordered 3 machines from this company and never have had any problems. I do not like that they don't come with manuals BUT all of them come with easy to understand on-line manuals and videos. How to put together, and operate. There equipment is very spa ready and luxurious. I will continue to order from them.

After several months shopping experience with surebeauty through Aliexpress and official website, now I really like surebeauty and their products. What I loved the most about surebeaty…
What I loved the most about surebeaty was the timely response to my million and one questions before I purchased my 160mw lipo machine. Not only that but because I had so many questions by the time I decided to purchase it, it wouldn't of gotten to me as soon as I would have liked it so again I emailed customer support asking if I could pay for express shipping and didn't even have to to as they processed my order quickly and I received in a WEEK !! This machine is great super simple to use you don't even need a Manuel. I will forever recommend surebeaty and will be purchasing from them moving forward.

It delivers amazing results and I can say that because I have several machines. The screen went out around 6 months and SureBeauty responded extremely fast and are sending me a new machine body. One, I received my products very fast which was a pleasant surprise! The machines are amazing and work great. They came with a manual to ensure comfort with using my machines aside from my own learning experiences. Two-I did not receive a piece for my machine and I contacted support. They were quick to respond and fast in sending out the missing part. I researched many different companies and Surebeauty has competitive prices and customer service was amazing which is very important when you spend this amount of money.

I recently purchased 30K 6 in 1 Body Sculpting
Machine with 160MW Laser Lipo,as well as the combo gel and lotion, and I'm thrilled with these products. Not only was the delivery quick but when I had concerns with the delivery of my gel and lotion (incorrect-delivery due to USPS error), I contacted the customer support system and Alice with surebeauty.com was very helpful in making certain that I received my order . The best part is that I was able to set-up my machine and begin helping my clients. My first machine stopped working after a few times and they were great at responding and sending out a new one right away. My facial game is even better now, and I am seeing an improvement on my legs as well. Highly recommended!
