Great experience with surebeauty
Great experience with surebeauty, I got the 30k body sculpting machine and I’m so happy and excited ( love my machine ), it’s amazing.
Communication was great even before I purchased the machine, great costumer service, very quick response every day. I also ask a few questions and I got a quick response back.
The machine in self is great, bigger than I expected, very easy to assemble and very packaged properly.

Amazing company and fast shipping
I have never worked with a company as responsible as Sure Beauty! The machines are amazing and the customer service is really good. I reached out to them about an issue I was having and they responded and fixed the issue immediately.
They are very polite in their communication and the shipping was very fast and I’m in the United States. If you want quality equipment this is the place to order from.

I found this company through TikTok and I made an order. My cativation machine didn’t work, but I was able to contact customer service and I was able to get another machine based on customer service. I’m happy so far waiting to receive my new machine.

After recently trying body sculpting before my vacation to Cancun, I noticed some positive improvements so I went ahead and purchased a similar body sculpting machine from Surebeauty — the 30K 6-in-1 Body Sculpting Machine with 160mW Lipo Laser Pads. Momentum, ya know!?!! I had never heard of Surebeauty and was very apprehensive due to the steep price but it was because of positive reviews on this very site that I decided to pull the trigger and buy from them. The sale they were having didn’t hurt, either! There was a lapse in communication after the order confirmation so I went ahead and messaged the company via WhatsApp to see if there were any updates on my order. Alice responded in a reasonable amount of time given the time zone differences. From that initial communication on, she provided updates every step of the way, checked with me when package was delivered, provided URLs for instructional videos on YouTube, and answered any questions I had. The box arrived in pristine condition and the machine was very well-packed. I tried out my machine for the first time this past Saturday using the body components, and will give the face components a try this weekend. I am so happy I ordered from Surebeauty and that they have Alice on their team! Thank you for everything, Alice!!

Quick shipping and customer support
Shipping was fast and actually came a few days earlier than the initial estimate. Since it was an expensive device, SureBeauty requested a signature upon delivery, which was appreciated so I know no one could take the package if it was left outside. I had FedEx hold the package for me at a location and picked it up with a QR code to confirm I was the buyer. The device was well packaged and works perfectly.
The email with the tracking number came with a PDF of the device's manual, as no printed manual is included. There were no set up instructions included, but I found a setup video for a similar device in SureBeauty's YouTube channel. There are how-to videos for this device and similar devices on their channel. I was also able to email their support and ask a question I couldn't find on YouTube. I received a prompt answer and was encouraged to ask Support if I needed additional help.
You might not get all the info you need right out of the box, but Support is quick to help if you have questions.

Love the machine
Love the machine. Very good value. There were problems with the delivery. Wrong power cord was shipped but Alice organised the correct one to be posted which came straight away.
However I am still waiting for the gel that I ordered a few weeks ago.

Customer service was amazing! There was an issue with my delivery and Alice was ON IT. She was prompt and had a new delivery sent my way immediately. I ordered a cavitation machine and used it twice so far and absolutely love it! It feels like a professional treatment I'd get at a spa - in the comfort of my own home :)

I purchased this machine and after 3 weeks it started to shut off when using. Got in touch with the company and they were able to figure out the issue. Shipped me a new one in a timely fashion and well satisfactory with the machine and customer service.

The Hype is Real
Everything I read about the customer service before my order I have now experienced first hand! Have been using their cavitation machine (lipo pads showed progress after first use fr) and just received a diode machine. Now that they have coached me through using it I can’t wait to get started. If you are on the fence I can assure you the hype is real. So glad I found Surebeauty!!:)
