This is the first review. I am providing on this site. I really wanted to provide a review because my experience with the customer service department was fabulous. I forgot to include the discount code when I was checking out several items that I bought and subsequently emailed the Customer Service team. They responded to me within a day and worked out different options in order to resolve my issue. It was completely my fault and they did not need to honor the discount, but they worked with me And continue to provide follow up to be sure I was happy. I bought a laser, Lipo machine and a cavitation machine. Since I have not been using them for long, I cannot definitively say whether or not they work, but my stomach appears to be flatter. I’m not sure if that is due to diet/exercise or the machines that I used or a combination.

The item was shipped in a very timely matter. The customer support is awesome! I would definitely order with them again.

I'm happy with my lipolaser and 40K cavitation machines.

I live in Puerto Rico, and the merchandise arrived right to my door.

The customer service was there to answer all my questions.

I recommend this site for purchasing aesthetic equipment.

I can NOT say enough great things about this machine it works magic the results are great one session results!! The manual is so easy to understand. The videos are so helpful that come with each body part on how to use it. The machine itself is so easy to use. It was a great investment if you’re on the fence of purchasing it yes, do it.

I am very pleased with my purchase. Delivery was fast. Machine is good quality and looks nice as well. I do wish it came with an instruction book instead of a bunch of download instructions. And I also do not see replacement parts which could be an issue in the future. Customer service was top notch.

I bought the 160mw Lipo Laser Machine and I'm very pleased with the product so far. Customer service has been outstanding, answering all my inquiries. I highly recommend them!

This company has A+ customer service. Alice and the team are absolutely amazing! They answered every question I had, they sent comparisons to help me make the best selection. They did not rush me to make a decision in order to make a quick sale. The product arrived quickly with no issues. I have recently purchased a home beauty device from this company and I am very happy with the overall experience. While I just started using the machine so I can't yet talk about the results, I would like to mention a few things that might help you while making your purchase decision.

First thing, they have an outstanding customer service. Alice has been extremely helpful and responsive whenever I reached out with shipping questions (i had to ask for the package to be rerouted) or technical question of the product.It us very relaxing knowing that there is a person that is there for you.

Secondly, the device looks very professional, and it feel like you are in a studio when using it.

I am probably going to be purchasing other devices from in the future

This company (as well as MyChway) are (I think) one in the same company. I have a wonderful woman named Alice that I work with. I've bought two machines from them and am still purchasing more. When there were delays, I was told BEFORE THE ORDER WAS PLACED of holidays in China and to be advised that a delay might hold things up. I was kept in constant communication the entire time.

Folks are out here paying doctors thousands of dollars for TREATMENT for these machines that you can own outright in the HUNDREDS. I'm just at the tip of the iceburg. I'm buying everything these people make!

I had purchased the Sophia Cavitation machine and was sent the tracking information so I was aware of the progress to arrival. When I put together it did not appear that all accessories were working so I reached out to Alice in the Support Centre. Alice provided me with with videos and detailed instructions to ensure that everything was connect correctly which solved the issues. The customer service is very timely and helpful I would absolute purchase from Surebeauty again.

I bought a machine from this company and the screen got cracked accidentally, and I was able to contact them and send them a video of what was wrong and they were able to ship me a new part so I didn't have to buy a whole new machine. They even sent me a video on how to change and fix the part myself and were so friendly and helpful so kind. And they also saved my job because I could not have afforded a whole new machine and I am so thankful ..! The machine works wonderful again and they saved the day. I will only ever buy from them now thank You so much! A++++ plus these machines work like magic! Win win with these!
