Throughout the whole process, the entire team did their utmost to make it run smoothly, and kept in constant contact to let us know what stage we were at. A very helpful, non-pushy and supportive estate agency. We recently (Jan 2019) bought a holiday house through Susan Payne Property and we only have good reports of them. Jan in the office was particularly good at keeping our purchase on track and acting as an intermediary between both parties and both sets of solicitors. She was proactive but not intrusive.
