My experience with Switcheeroo was disappointing. The website collects your contact information and asks a series of questions, which gives the impression that you'll be presented with a range of suitable options to compare. However, instead of showing any potential deals or providers, you're simply informed that someone will contact you by phone. This felt misleading, as I expected to see available options immediately rather than having to wait for a sales call. The process lacked transparency and didn't provide the instant comparison service that I was looking for.

A remarkably easy process for changing electricity and gas provider. A leading utility company called within 5 minutes of me clicking submit and offered a great deal that made full use of my new solar panels and batteries.

Quick and easy. Explained everything I needed to know. Couldn’t have went any better. Thank you.

At the door I was lead to believe that Utilita were charging wrongly for electricity. That if I was putting £15 on pre payment I'm not getting £15 worth of energy. Checking this out i found was untrue. Will retain my contract with Utilita.

I put a previous review they felt was wrong.

Switcheroo took my info and passed it on several other co ponies and j got spam called non stop.
I have the call logs plus the emails to show I used switcheroo and how suddenly when I looked at an EE sim card on their site, I was hounded by sim.card companies for weeks.

Nothing malicious just the truth that switcheroo take your info and give it to other companies to contact you

All seems to be going well but time will tell. Suggest after making your first introduction you then assess the situation in six months.

Andrei was a life saver. He made me understand how the electricity and gas work. His explanation made everything simple. I was able to cut my electricity and gas bill by up to 20% today. Very patient and informative worker. Thank you very much for the help, I appreciate it.

Andrei was very helpful and patient. He took his time explaining what the best deals for us were and at the end cut our wifi costs by over 50% and gave us increased speed at the same time.

When first joined switcheroo energy pricers was cheap at first then britsh gas tryed to increase bill in october when was called from liverpool a actual oprative what was working from hme asked why has bill been increased eventualy wavered debt have increased again same debt one oprative is saying has increased from £60 to £84 when a english oprative taken over a none english oprative call because could not handle complaint told me was not £84 was £98 while coughing like that contantly repeated £98 now my account is running a debt what i was not aware of did not recieve no email would be a increase in debit now im in a situation same has was with scotish power none english opratives putting me into a debt
