For a $150 delivery fee
For a $150 delivery fee, I expected the bed to be set up. It was NOT CLEARLY explained that delivery did not include set up. I feel COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF.

I wish I would’ve known about Dolly years ago when I didn’t buy items from Facebook marketplace or thrift stores because I didn’t have a means to bring it home. It was very easy to set up and the communication was fantastic! Just note that they do not put anything together—they just bring up the pieces.

Package was not left where requested. It was left on a pathway, without protective packaging, and viewable from street.

I would never use this company again
I would never use this company again. You can’t trust them to provide you the service you asked for and they agreed to provide!

I was charged 2 service fees for one job that was already expensive. They tacked on the extra service fee the day AFTER the job was done. That's not good business practice.

The delivery team was professional and efficient.
I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. Despite receiving a confirmation email and my credit card being charged for two moving helpers for two hours, no one showed up for my job. Despite numerous attempts, I was not able to find a working customer service number for Dolly (but found lots of online complaints). The first Task Rabbit customer service rep reached said she was unable to offer any assistance. Period. The second pushed my time out and one helper accepted the job. He was great and also got lucky because my fee was not reduced or refunded despite having to hire help from outside the platform. I was told the confirmation was not actually a confirmation (it literally said your job is confirmed and we’ll take it from here) because my job was not “assigned.” I will never use Dolly or TaskRabbit again and am considering a BBB complaint.
