The delivery team was friendly & efficient. They used care to not damage walls while removing old queen size mattress & box springs down two flights of stairs.

Our delivery guy was great! Helpful and quick!

My Experience w/ the Delivery Personnel was exceptional, he was professional, helpful and excited the task without issue.

This was a complete disaster. I had taskers for four, presumably arriving between 9:00 am and 9:30 am. They walked in my door at 10:00 am (I have a picture for proof). They arrived with their young daughter with them and a great deal of their time, when not on their phones, were spent dealing with her. They moved some furniture, but refused to remove the carpet, even though that was clearly stated as part of the task. All of my communication on this ‘task’ came via Taskrabbit and I corresponded with them for the last three days before they finally told me that they had not booked the task and that it must be you. But all of my communication came from them. This experience was totally unsatisfactory and I expect at minimum of a 50% refund of the task as they not only violated policies (bringing a minor and refusing to do one of the states tasks), but they also left after 1.5 hours when they clearly knew it was not complete.

Professional, prompt, and extremely considerate in making sure they did not track dirt or dent/scratch walls. Would use them again.

I selected a flat bed truck with two people. I assumed this meant two people at pickup and delivery. Not at all. One guy in a truck picked up a 78lb box by himself and showed up by himself. He kept saying another person would show up to help but they might be half an hour or more away. I also paid for in house room of choice and he said he could handle it. It would be nearly impossible for one person successfully carry a box this size and this weight without damaging my home. So I had to help him carry it up to the top floor of my home. I'm almost 60 and this was ridiculous since I paid for two people.

My Tasker delivered my bed frame on time and was he was very professional.

From start to finish, this was a nightmare. I received notice on Monday that my package was out for delivery. By evening, nothing had arrived. On TUESDAY, I received notice that the package had JUST been delivered, but there was nothing here.

On Saturday morning, I received a call from a stranger who said that my package had been outside his building for nearly a week. He lives nearly a mile away! I just picked it up.

If I had chosen shipping instead of a courier service, it would have arrived days ago. What a waste of money!

The guys were hired by CB2, they were supposed to complete a white glove delivery, but didn’t. One of the sofa chaises came of a different color, so they didn’t unpack it. Just dropped everything and left, didn’t speak a word of English and didn’t even try to attempt to resolve our issue.

The guys who came were absolutely amazing ~ professional, kind, efficient and just easy to work with~ we so go s highly recommend them to anyone!

Terrible service. I booked 2 hours, they came only for one and left. They refused to help me with one of the furniture. They had to move the bed frame, lost one screw and left it in bad shape, so I had to fix it by myself after they left. Never booking anything else through Task Rabbit.

I have multiple issues that need to be addressed with task rabbit as a service. The people who were booked for my move were double booked, so then my move was delayed by almost two and a half hours. I don't blame this on the individuals, since they stated that taskrabbit booked it for them before they could change it. Additionally, they seem to have not been informed that they would be required to help take apart my bed and then reassemble it in my new place. I contacted taskrabbit ahead of time to ensure that they would be able to do this, and taskrabbit confimed they would. Luckily, they were nice enough that they still did it. Moreover, some of the legs of my bed got a little bit crooked during some point of transportation. Especially considering the significant cost of the whole process, I would have expected a better overall experience.

They were able to work with my schedule

The delivery men showed up when they said they would. They were very polite.

Driver was right on time and he hauled everything up in the second floor.

Absolutely awful. The delivery person lost my items and I haven't been able to get them back. And the part he did deliver, he didn't assemble. 100% would never recommend this service.

Horrible customer service and late task rabbit helpers.
Scheduled for 2-4pm helpers to unload U-Haul into an apartment.
At 11am I received a garbled voicemail from someone asking if I want them to come at noon but could not call them back. And no, I did not want them at noon, that's why I scheduled the time from 2-4pm.
2 pm comes and no helpers. Search Taskrabbit site and can't find phone number to contact and no messages in the messages section nor can I initiate a message.
Find a number to contact by searching internet. Call, they tell me the helpers have 30 minute window to arrive.
230pm no helpers. Call back ask for assistance, they hang up on me.
Call back, they hang up on me. Call 3rd time hang up on me.
245pm I have to find other people to help me move items because I have to have U-Haul returned by 5pm and at this point I think the helpers are not showing up.
Then, after half the things are moved, helpers arrive at 315pm. This is unacceptable.
I continued to call customer service was hung up 2 more times, then had someone named Greg offer a $20 credit (off a $260 charge) when I asked for supervisor I again was hung up on
Then called back and was given a case number and told a specialist team would contact me in 24-48 business hours
I then received an email offering $80 credit
At this point I need a full refund. Taskrabbit did not fulfill their order as contracted
Lesson learned I will never use this company and I will share my story far and wide as a warning to others
