Taskrabbit Delivery (formally Dolly) Reviews 

The movers were friendly but they weren’t professional movers. Most of my furniture was damaged. I just moved into a new house a lot of my walls were banged up with dents. They were kind but it wasn’t a white glove service and I usually don’t complain but this is also a brand new house that I had renovated so now I have to do new touch ups.

The driver communicated with us and was on time as scheduled.

I was amazed at the ease of using this app. Andres and Jason were amazing and I am so happy with the results of unloading furniture from a POD for a two bedroom apartment.

The crew was polite and only spent about 1-2 minutes in my house picking up and carrying out the mattress to be taken away ( all on the ground floor). This was all fine. On the other hand, I paid $150 for this service and ended up doing most of the work. Also, I was given a service window from 2:30- 3:00 pm by the driver, they showed up at almost 5:30 pm. The kicker was being ‘reminded’ to tip the delivery guys. If anyone should be tipped for this service, it should be me.

The gentlemen were courteous, careful and opened boxes outside in order not to bring dust into the house. They set the furniture up quickly.

My experience was wonderful! The service provided was quick and thoroughly.

The delivery simply didn’t show up, I lost my goods. The phone number would always respond with “too busy try again later”.

We were super happy with the delivery.

The app itself wasn't super clear of being able to send a tip until it was too late to do so.

So if the delivery driver reads this - thank you - I wasn't able to be there when it was delivered & would've tipped then but, the app failed you.

Not enough delivery tracking information ahead of the delivery. Arrived 20 minutes after the delivery window. Impossible to get ahold of customer service on the phone.
The taskrabbit staff/driver asked me to stay with the van while he took the items to my apartment because he was worried he'd get a ticket - the concern made sense but it's the company's responsibility to give their employees better guidance and information related to parking in the city while making deliveries. The staff member also didn't show much care in carefully loading items on and off the elevator.

Efficient and on time, very polite

The item was not picked up at all. They left in the middle, but masked task as completed. And I was fully charged. Please refund.

Delivery staff left my boxes where they will not get wet as requested.

I filed a claim and have not heard back a TV and a cabinet were both broken
