Sadly i can share only seriously bad experience. This seller is extremely unserious and use fraudulent business practises. I can reccomend to anyone who want order online, just do it elsewhere.
On their web was advertised by banners 15% extra discount and valid coupons for Racquets and Clay products, which was marked directly by product detail. So i decided as a returning long-time customer buy 2 new racquets....and quess what happened? Code didn't worked at all...so i contacted support with printscreens from their own website showing, that there is faul in their platform and asked to adjust price accordingly to the offer.
Answer?: Yes, but the code is today not valid, we can offer you instead of 15% only 10%. IT IS NOT ABOUT 5% DIFFERENCE - IT IS ABOUT TO BE SERIOUS AND KEEP YOUR OFFER AND WORD TO BE REAL!
This company are fraudsters and should not be a successful dealer of sports equipment.
I would upload also printscreens from their website, our coummunication as a proof, but on trustpilot is not this option....so i uploaded it on google reveiws.

Fast shipping; ordered some tennis shoes on saturday, shipped on tuesday and arrived on friday. Product matches exact model and size as ordered.

Ordered a padel racket which never arrived. UPS delivered to the wrong address. Clearly the fault of UPS but zero customer support, all emails have been ignored and no resolution. Definitely advise against buying from this store.

Muy mala experiencia
Muy mala experiencia. Tras realizar un pedido del cordaje que uso habitualmente el domingo 28 de septiembre (margen de sobra para que el cordaje llegase en la semana siguiente), en el seguimiento del paquete me dicen que llegará la semana siguiente (aproximadamente el 6 de octubre), debido a que Tennispro ha preparado el pedido el miércoles (tres días más tarde de realizar el pedido), y por lo tanto ya no me llega en esta semana. Pese a llamar a Tennispro y mandar un corre diciendo que necesitaba el cordaje sí o sí esa semana, no les importa nada las necesidades del cliente, pese a ser ellos el que han cometido el fallo.
Muy decepcionado, no volveré a realizar pedidos en Tennispro y contaré mi experiencia a mis compañeros de equipo para que no hagan pedidos a Tennispro.
Problematic Customer Service!
I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent order placed and paid for on 16th September 2025.
Despite my timely payment, the order was never shipped. On 18th September, I received an email from your team, after which I promptly replied with the required information. Unfortunately, I received no response. After waiting two days, I followed up again on 20th September, yet still no reply.
In my attempt to resolve this issue, I reached out through your live chat with a representative named Stephanie, who acknowledged the problem was on your system’s side and assured me that your customer service team would respond to my email. To ensure visibility, I even contacted you through Instagram direct messages, where I was once again promised a reply "as soon as possible." However, more than 48 hours passed without any proactive communication from your side.
When I followed up yet again, I was told that I had not submitted the necessary document—despite my clear evidence that the attachment was included in my original email. After resending proof, I was shocked to then receive a reply implying I had filed a dispute with PayPal, which was not the case at that point.
This experience has been exhausting, unprofessional, and deeply discouraging. While I believe your store may generally provide good products, the handling of my case reflects poorly on the dedication and accountability of your customer service team. It is not acceptable for a paying customer to have to repeatedly chase responses, provide the same evidence multiple times, and still be met with dismissal or blame-shifting.
At this point, I feel I have no choice but to escalate the matter with PayPal in order to protect my purchase. I regret that it has come to this, but the lack of responsibility and effective communication from your side has left me with no other option.
I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no customer should have to go through such a frustrating and disappointing process simply to receive what they rightfully paid for.

I recently used TennisPro to buy a present for one of my nephews. I found a great assortment of products, medium-high quality sport apparel, and apparently the shipping and customer service experience had to be excellent (the platform seems to provide all the contact details and shipping costs). Instead I had a bad surprise becausee my package didn't come on time, and nobody answered my questions neither via email or phone. I sent 2 emails and I tried to call 2 times after the purchase, also in the following days, but nobody answerred. I tried to contact the carrier in Milan, and I was answered from a person in Tunisia, that my parcel, supposed to arrive on Saturday morning, was postponed to Monday morning. The parcel was already in Milan and it has to be sent to Turin - 100km distance - max 2 hours of distance. i absolutely needed to receive the parcel on Saturday for a ceremony and coming on Monday it has ruined the experience for my nephew and also for me. I will never use it anymore, I don't trust it anymore.
No free return. Horrible customer service
The have you pay for retuning items. Shocking. They sell stuff for the same price you find on the main brand websites but then they don’t offer free return, a routine for all major brands. What’s the point of buying here? I should have bought my tennis shoes on the ASICS website as I always do. Never again.

el problema viene con la devolución, en la web no aclaran como hacer, a los correos electrónicos no contestan, el teléfono no te lo cogen y lo mejor es que te cobran 15€ por realizar la devolución.
Tenispoint, tennis warehouse y otras tantas paginas, trabajan muchísimo mejor que ellos. No recomiéndo para nada comprar aqui habiendo otras alternativas mejores.
