¡PÉSIMO SERVICIO! NO RECOMIENDO ESTA TIENDA

Hice un pedido confiando en que los productos estaban disponibles, ya que en su web aparecían varias tallas marcadas como "en stock". ¡MENTIRA! Después de días esperando, me dicen que no tienen ninguno de los productos y que ni siquiera saben si los recibirán. ¿Cómo es posible que ofrezcan algo que no tienen? ¡Es una total falta de profesionalidad y un engaño al cliente!

Por si fuera poco, me ofrecen como compensación un código de descuento que ya había usado antes cuando las ofertas del Black Friday estaban activas. Ahora que ya no hay promociones ni productos, ese descuento no me sirve para nada. ¡Es un insulto pensar que con eso arreglan algo!

Esta experiencia ha sido una pérdida de tiempo, un estrés innecesario y una demostración de que no se puede confiar en esta tienda. Si estáis pensando en comprar aquí, os recomiendo buscar en otro sitio más fiable. Esto es un desastre total.

¡NO COMPRÉIS AQUÍ!

Hicimos un pedido el pasado 9/11. En el mismo, nos dicen que tardará en llegar 4 días. El día 12/11 recibimos un mail donde nos dicen que llegará el viernes 15/11. No llega. Hoy es 16/11 y seguimos sin noticias. No es serio.

This is my 3rd order at tennispro.eu . Each time things worked out smoothly. I'm based in Romania, Europe, and orders arrived in a decent amount of time, at my door.
And yes, they don't offer free returns. if you want to return something, you'll have to cover the return shipping cost from your pocket.
In one order I did get a pair of shoes from them with factory faults. I raised the problem, followed their claim steps, and the shoes were replaced without any problems.

Me enviaron un artículo que no correspondia a la descripción. Intenté reclamarlo y desde aquel entonces no tengo noticias de ellos. Una pura vergüenza.

Horrible service..

I placed an order to be picked up at a TennisPro store in Italy while on vacation.. it’s a week now and both the store manager and the client service have no answers, and can’t even provide me with a tracking number. I don’t blame the store manager, as they only know about the order once it arrives in their store, but how does client service not atleast have the tracking number? And no one is answering the phone. How can you accept orders when your whole company is on summer vacation? I feel bad for client service. I am sure they are doing everything they can.. but this doesn’t make sense..I will end up having to leave before the order even arrives.. and I am not sure I can cancel the order.. 233 euros probably lost

My six-month-old padel shoes broke. Submitted a complaint and after weeks of waiting and contacting them again, I had to send them back to Belgium.
Then the message that the shoes are not in collection anymore and if i wanted to choose different ones on their site.

I also had to pay for these if I wanted them shipped, so over a week ago I transferred money to them AGAIN and now they have lost the payment that was made with references and everything (to French account number....)

So a lot of hassle and nothing resolved yet, I wouldn't order anything here.
Jelle from customer service always answers my emails with delay and after I email them again.

Just learned today - before making the mistake of ordering - that to try on a pair of tennis shoes at home will cost €23 (shipping €8 + €15 Retoure) if they do not fit. Note that even with an exact measurement of your foot there are several brands that cannot get it right and by no fault of your own you have lost €23.

Assurdi...Lo scorso 27 novembre avevo acquistato sul loro sito (ordine N°600199390 ) una POLO LACOSTE MANICHE CORTE L1212 che con una loro offerta, a cui avevo anche incluso un coupon di benvenuto, avevo pagato complessivamente con le spese di spedizione € 61,95 tutte saldate all'atto dell'ordine mediante PayPal. La circostanza mi pareva strana perché il prezzo mi sembrava troppo basso. Infatti il giorno seguente mi giungeva una email dal dipartimento frodi di TENNISPRO con delle richieste assurde. Avendo pagato con PayPal mi chiedevano di dimostrare che non ero un truffatore ed inviare pertanto copia del mio documento di identità con la scansione della loro email (e fin qua forse lo avrei anche fatto); quando però ho letto che avrei dovuto anche inviare un giustificativo di domicilio (ad es. bolletta dell'acqua, dell'elettricità o del telefono) ho immediatamente contattato PayPal che mi ha assolutamente dissuaso ad inviare alcuna documentazione perché il pagamento era stato regolarmente processato ed una richiesta del genere da parte del venditore era assolutamente irrituale perché PayPal avrebbe garantito il pagamento. Ho pertanto scritto una email in tal senso a TENNISPRO che non ha inteso sentire ragione alcuna; attendendo probabilmente tale occasione, mi ha annullato l'ordine e riaccreditato l'importo su PayPal. Ovviamente dopo un simile trattamento ho immediatamente chiesto di cancellare il mio account TENNISPRO. Assurdi...

I made an order and they told me tthat hey will sent the goods in maximum 3 to 5 days.
I'm in the 8 workind days and still nothing.
The awb number sais is somewhere stock in Germany.
I wrote them 6 e-mails and still no answer.
I talked with them for 3 times and for nothing.
I called DHL local and they told me that they (tp) send it with an economic division and it will take more than 2 weeks but they know that tennispro are lying their customer and told them the 3-5 days bs.

When I returned items, I could not get return label, this I paid return 29€ on their pages through Fed Ex. I had to send it by post , other extra 29€.
When They got my return, They do not give money back, only voucher coupon,. Although mistake was their, They sent items two times. Some of packages I did not open at all.

Refund has not come till 7.3.2024

Leeeentos y pesimo servicio de atencion al cliente

Was a bit worried as there are some mixed reviews, but for me worked really well. Arrived in 3 days since making the order to Latvia (from France), was free delivery for 130 euro purchase and the purchases came well packed. Super impressed.

Thank you for the items! I bought a Wilson racket, Nike shoes and a Wilson bag. All three items are of impeccable condition. The pricing was really good. What is more, I received a discount of 30 euros for spending over 200 euros at a checkout, which was pleasant and unexpected.

Very quick shipping. Recommended!

Los números de zapatillas de NIKE con los tradicionales no coinciden y ¡¡por ello¡¡ tardaron casi dos meses entre enviarlas, devolverlas y volverlas a recibir.

La calidad de las mismas es deficiente se mire por donde se mire. Se han rasgado con un escasísimo uso: en ambas zapatillas tanto a derecha como a izda. en la parte que se flexiona se ha rasgado el material que llevan.
Para colmo una de ellas (la derecha) al andar, produce un ligero ruido (menos cuando estás en una zona silenciosa), que todos los grillos me persiguen. En fin, un desastre.

The company is marketing their service as "fast delivery" but after three days of placing the order the package still didn't leave their shop. This company also uses UPS as their delivery option. There is no way to change that. My package was late for multiple days and I had to contact UPS and ask about the location of the package. The package arrived late and there was no way to get a refund. Do not order from this shop if you have a tight schedule and want the package fast.

Tienda web totalmente fiable!! Fueron rapidísimos con el envío y encima las zapatillas me quedan geniales,super cómodas y a buen precio, sin duda volveré a comprarles.
