Couldn't recommend this company highly enough. I bough a racket which I purchased at a great price, €100 cheaper than than my local store. The racket arrived quickly. Unfortunately I had an issue with the racket within 2 weeks, I contacted customer service and they resolved the issue within 2 days and had me sorted. Thanks for a great shopping experience!!! I will definitely purchase from this store again

Bought 2 rackets which was Customised for 25 euros, so they weighted the same. Got the rackets in a damaged bag. Don`t think the rackets was damaged, but returned them for a refund. Could not get a refund, because of the Customisation, so they were exactly the same. Then they wanted me to pay for returning the rackets to me. I`ll never shop there again.

try to avoid this site. I had an unpleasant experience: he gave them proof of card, proof of ID, proof of number and will and proof of address. who asks for so much? they didn't want to send me the package because I pay rent where I moved and I didn't have proof of address. I told them: if I want to send the package somewhere else, maybe to the company I work for, why do they care where I send it when I have the other proofs? in the end we didn't get anything done with them. I have not met anything like this anywhere.

Ya he realizado varios pedidos y todos han llegado a tiempo y perfecto estado. Del ultimo en concreto tuve un incidente con el articulo en cuestión que me llevo a tramitar la garantia y la respuesta por parte de la tienda fue muy satisfactoria y la comunicacion con ellos excelente. Han ganado un cliente para mucho tiempo.

They advertise on the website "Get a €10 discount on your first purchase" .But you don't get the discount at all.
You first have to subscribe to their so called 'newsletter' but still you don't get the discount code.
I am still waiting!
I emailed them about it, never got a single response.

Also the racquet I bought was slightly damaged in two places.

Not the best of experiences, to put it mildly

Compré unas ascics de alta gama por medio de Tennispro y despues un uso moderado, ha tenido un fallo en la zona de proteccion que no deberia reventarse. Pues bien se lo he comunicado a Asics y me derivan con Tennispro. Y Tennispro me dice que Acisc solo da 6 meses para defectos de fabricacion, todo sin que nadie haya visto la zapatilla en vivo, como hacen otras marcas serias del mismo sector.

Sent my order on 26th november (payed with credit card of course) and they approved it/"sent it on my way" 3 days later on the 29nth. It was my first time ordering from this shop so i was a bit nervous in those 3 days as i had payed and had zero information on what happened with my order except the typical automated message the moment i ordered it. It arrived on 9th of December 12 days later, to Greece.
I had ordered a pair of shoes, and some accessories like grips, strings, balls and socks. Everything was in very good condition, even the packages. I am glad the shoes fit perfectly in my feet because i wouldnt want to deal with a return, i've read some bad experiences about that. Who knows how that would go (+timewise).
All in all 4/5 stars for my pretty simple experience because the ordering and the communication could see some improvement.

It's been for the 2nd time in a month I've become extremely happy with my orders from this site. Perfect items on unbeatable prices delivered in a week from France to Ireland.
Definitely I'll come back to you in the future.

Ho comprato una racchetta domenica sera, sempre la sera ho cambiato tensione dell’ incordatura, lunedì mi hanno risposto che la racchetta era già stata incordata e non era possibile cambiare, martedì mi arriva la loro email per dire che la merce arriverà lunedì, veloci solo quando gli fa comodo. Mai più acquisti con loro.

Sound quite strange to me that a professional tennis shop forget to string two racquets, especially when the string are for free including in the price of the racquet, this is one of the reason I decide to buy, after spending 660,09 euro the answer I had is is “apologize we will reimburse the cost of the string work”

I did a custom order with them where I sent a racket in that I already customised to be measured for its static weight, balance, and swing weight, and they then matched another racket to that specific spec. Communication throughout was brilliant and responsive. The service was quick and professional and I no know my exact spec and can get future purchases matched to that.

I also placed another order where they measured 5 different individual rackets of the one model so I could choose which I wanted.

I can only speak from my experience. I see a lot of negative reviews on here talking about no communication and not getting their purchases. But that's not what happened with my first two orders at least. And based solely on my own experience I'd happily order from them again and plan to do so in the near future.

If a minus review was available it would be spot on. SCAM of the highest order. You will not receive your products or any communication. Avoid and go to a real company.

Make sure you buy something that can’t break or can’t have a fault from production…!
Customer service doesn’t exist despite of an explanation and several pictures to back up the explanation.

The shipping is fast and easy to track, the parcel was safely delivered, the products are of good quality and their offers are amazing. Thank you!

SCANDALOUS & UNLAWFUL SERVICE: I see no other option than being extremely negative about TennisPro. Order from 3th June never arrived (we’re now 15th July!) and after my numerous friendly emails underlining the law they are neglecting, they refuse to refund my 80 euros.

Great products. Returned shoes that was too small. Only minus was that I hade to pay for the return, however, that is described in the website so cant really blaim the company for that....

Worst experience ever! I ordered for more than 300 Euros from their website with a Spanish TLD (Tennispro.es). What I didn't know is that they ship from FRANCE. One T-Shirt was rather XL than the L that I ordered and another product looks different than on their website. So I want to return only 2 out of 9 items and THEY MAKE ME PAY FOR RETURNING/POSTAGE TO FRANCE. I messaged the customer service and they only refer to their policies. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ever. I will continue to shop with OTHER companies who offer real CUSTOMER SERVICE and free returns. This company is a rip off - don't waste your time and money here! Never again! Stay away and shop with the other companies!

Ordered a blue t-shirt but it was more like green.
The skirt was to large for my doughter.

SHORT VERSION
Loyal customer, asks for shipping fee removed due to large order. Rejected. Asks for discount code. Rejected. Goes to competitor who doesn’t charge shipping and was cheaper.

LONG VERSION
Despite having spent almost €1,000 on this site, they have NO LOYALTY and Customer Service.

I’ve made orders in the past, usually around €200-300 each so I’m familiar with the site.

I wanted to purchase a racquet, shoes, etc for a total of over €300 and noticed that they added a €50 shipping fee to Malta. I contacted them asking why I’m being charged for postage like as if I lived in Australia (!) and they said they have no control over the UPS fees. Strange.
I asked if I could at least get a discount code or something since other online retailers offer free shipping if the order is above a certain amount. Nothing.

Guess who placed an order on Tennis Warehouse Europe and got free shipping? :)
Also worked out €30 cheaper. Bye bye!
