Bought a grounding sheet 5th Jan now 6th march have not received told resent product 19 feb cant seem to provide tracking number dodgy at best save your money buy from china that’s where they get it from am at moment going through consumer affairs probably all should do the same people sick of rip offs

I bought 2 pillows & they were nothing like advertised. They also advertise as an Australian company but they aren’t as the product took forever to get to me & was packaged like a Chinese product, no boxes or proper packaging etc. They aren’t filled with memory foam but instead a very cheap synthetic filling which will get very hot in the summer & is quite firm which I don’t like. They are a knock off of what I was supposed to receive. Very disappointed don’t buy from this company as you will be very disappointed.

I bought a Queen sized grounding sheet and grounding mat. The sheet isn't as portrayed on the website. Once I received it and realized it wasn't what I expected I asked for a refund. Terra Wellness says you can get a refund up to 90 days after purchase. There was only a automatic response email sent. I tried numerous times and got the automatic response only. Not till I said I would review them and go to the ACCC did I get a person to email me about it, offering a partial or whole refund. I asked for whole. I asked for a refund number to send with the goods. No response just the automatic response email. Guess they got me good. I will not be returning the goods till I have proof that after return I will get a refund. They say on their website they have a "happiness guarantee" obviously that means their happiness not the customers.

Love it easy to use- does what I want snd relieves the pain in my neck from . I have stage 4 breast cancer that has spread to bones. Highly recommend

I ordered airfryer but they delivered a wrong size airfryer. I contacted them for refund but no response at all.

So disappointed in how this pillow was packaged, it was folded in half and bound in black plastic, no paperwork no invoice it was very unprofessional. It took a week for the pillow to regain its shape and puffiness.

Scam business. Never received goods tracking number they supplied doesn't exist no response from them after multiple emaols

This place is a scam sent something different that looks like a cheap version off eBay doesn’t even work and was in a box that was torn apart , won’t answer emails or phone calls STAY CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS

I purchased the Ergonomic pillow. It is uncomfortable. The reason im disappointed is that it has a zipper on the side which opens to reveal the stuffing. The zipper opened and my stuffing escaped. Also note labels are written in Chinese. Don’t be fooled by the beautiful photographs on the site, not a quality product

We placed an order and paid for express shipping, yet never received the goods. There was no order confirmation, no tracking number, and zero communication despite multiple attempts to contact them.

Taking payment and not sending the goods you've paid for. No response to any emails or communication is completely unacceptable.

Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others before ordering.

Scam business. They just send you crappy products from eBay, and they haven't replied to my two emails from over a month ago now. I ordered a shower filter from them and it came straight from eBay and was really poor quality. I asked for a return address and they never replied so I disputed the transaction with my bank successfully. Bizarre business.

I wish I had of read these reviews before I paid $200 for two “high quality” Titanium chopping boards as a Xmas present. What everyone else said is true: quality looks like it’s shipped from cheap shop overseas, scratched and dented on arrival, zero response from company when complaint raised (email, phone and FB). You’ll notice you can’t even leave a review on their website site so I assume there fake. Do yourself a favour and do not buy.

The customer service does not exist. They just resell cheap products from Ali express.

The Terra Wellness Titanium Cutting Board 2.0 does the complete opposite of what it claims. Instead of protecting your knives, it blunts them almost immediately and the board itself scratches from the very first use. I’ve contacted their support email and number multiple times now to arrange a return and refund, but have received no response. The whole business is a scam. Terrible product and customer service. Do not buy from this business.

Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! We bought a air fryer , did not get invoice and got a different product cheaper than the one we order. Trying to contact them and never answer and they do not reply emails.

I purchased two 5.5l air fryers specifically because they had borosilicate glass and were advertised on their website. I paid $100 more for each air fryer to get superior quality. They sent me two 6.5l air fryers that I could have purchased from local JB HI FI or BIG W for much less cost. When I contacted them via email they said they would refund my money and organise to collect the air fryers. They have not refunded my money after several emails and phone attempts which immediately cuts off. I had used this company before and was happy with them but on this occasion they are behaving very poorly. I will go through fair trading but am very disappointed as I needed this money to buy Xmas gifts and they are ghosting me.

Scam scam scam. Do not trust this company. Fake tracking number comes out of China.
Looks legit. Web page .com.au address Kingscliff has no street number or street name. They don't answer there phone.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT buy from Terra Wellness Co! I purchased something that cost $135 and they sent me a dispatch notice! 3 weeks passed and I chased up tracking only for them to advise that there was a manufacturer fault and that I could get a refund! That was the last email I received - they don’t answer the phone nor answer emails and block you on Facebook. - I lodged a PayPal dispute however as I chose the wrong category it was declined so I need to call them tomorrow to try and sort out!! This company is a scam it’s a disgrace!

I purchased the Ergonomic Pillow - Align Your Spine and when I received it, it looked nothing like what was advertised, It was so flat I might as well be laying on the mattress. I tried it for 4 nights but it gave me a very sore neck. They advertise a 90 day refund but I have sent several email requesting a refund and heard nothing. I tried calling the mobile number advertised and it goes straight to message bank - left several messages and no call back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM
