Theacrylicwarehouse Reviews

Reasonable price, website easy to use and the sheet arrived exactly when they said.

The item received was just what was needed. Many Thanks

Great communication before I placed an order and after my order was delivered very quick response by email. Great service throughout and delivery information updates

Fantastic, even got an extra 2 pieces.
I have had to complain to inpost AGAIN. For some reason their delivery driver thinks it's acceptable to leave my parcels outside of my rear gate that is located in a council garage area open to the public and is not secure. Ive already lost a number of items & money through thefts yet Yodel/Inpost don't seem bothered about.

Order completed as requested, good service at competitive pricing.

Order got damaged in transit.
Good customer service getting this resolved.

Ordering process was straightforward and the quality of the product was great. Bit apprehensive about measurements but spot on…..Delivery pretty quick too! Would absolutely recommend.

Excellent service always arrives in good time and in perfect condition 👍

This company provides an excellent, quick and accurate service.

I am a returning customer.

Very happy with the quality of the acrylic board

I cocked up the order size ( age relayed issue ☹️). Very sympathetic and sorted the problem efficiently . Great communication . Fully recommended!

I have not received my order and they don't answer multiple emails i have sent and there is no contact phone number

Placed a sizeable order online with theacrylicwarehouse.co.uk weeks ago, aside from an automated confirmation email after they had taken my money, I received no updates and nothing was ever sent out.

Tried to contact the company multiple times across multiple channels, with absolutely nothing back.

Only after tracking down a postal address for them on Companies House and sending one of the company directors, Nichola Mellon, a written letter (posted with proof of delivery at my own personal expense) did I suddenly receive a full refund.

So I'm now without the plastics I ordered, I've lost time on the project, and I'm out of pocket.

Do yourself a favour and avoid ordering from The Acrylic Warehouse.

My order was for polycarbonate sheets, (windows).
Pricing was clear, delivery service was clear, (though not cheap), it was easy to order the size you wanted & that's exactly what you receive. My order was very well packaged & protected, & arrived within the time frame stated. Couldn't ask for more really. Happy Customer!

I only a few small pieces at a time and never disappointed in the service. Thank you

Easy to order, item arrived on time and very good customer service

Fair price, nice product a little slow delivery

Super easy ordering, speedy delivery and great quality product at a competitive price - what's not to like.

Speedy delivery, great price and quality product cut to exact size. Well packaged for safe transit.

Exactly what I wanted. Well packaged and delivered in a timely manner
