Theacrylicwarehouse Reviews

Easy web site and quick and direct delivery

great value. great service. pity their delivery driver doesnt give an approx. time of delivery. I was out again but neighbour took it in. patrick beadle

took my money and didn't send me anything then ignored my email

Perfect size and finish, arrived when promised

Easy to order in precise measurements, and the postage was reasonable. The order was completed and sent out quickly too.

The item unfortunately had a crack and a broken edge upon opening. I reported this to the company sending them pictures of the damage. They initially responded asking for pictures of the packaging. However, after sending the photos they requested I have not had any further response from them despite multiple emails from me asking for a resolution. They've completely ghosted me! Very disappointing. Would not use this company again for their extremely poor customer service.

Was correct size I asked for with both sides protected

Two inch crack in acrylic on receipt. To be fair, it could not have been packaged any better. So well in fact that it took ten minutes to unpack. Kind of disrupts the "unpack and check before signing delivery receipt" especially as the driver was already walking away when I opened the door and didn't ask me to sign anything.

Such beautiful quality acrylic and sizing perfect
I love how polished the edges and corners were. Perfect

Excellent quality product delivered and packaged with care at a fair price. Will certainly use them again. Thank you

Item well packaged and quick delivery.

Great fast service from the acrylic warehouse, though the courier Evri were very disappointing and slow to deliver

Hi,

Fourth purchase from The Acrylic Warehouse.

Very quick delivery.

I forgot to add details on a design choice and was happy that they seemingly took the information from previous orders as items were perfect.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND ✔️

Ordered a two pieces to be used as shelves for a fridge. Item arrived as described and cut to the correct size to fit as a perfect replacement. Fast and efficient.

Waste of time. Placed an order for a small single strip of frosted acrylic of the 24th of April. Then sent an email on the 7th of May politely asking for an update. Got no reply. Send another email shortly after asking for a delivery update. Received an email stating I was getting a refund. No explanation as to why I was getting a refund and why I was not receiving my order. Completely wasted my time.

Avoid at all cost. If in doubt, read all the comments. Which I should of done before placing an order.

Quick service

Very easy to place an order and navigate through the website.
Decent prices and speedy dispatch.
Would recommend highly.
