Firstly the item we ordered was great value, it went down hill after that. We received confirmation that the item was being dispatched only for the dispatch email to show completely the wrong measurements, we tried to contact them to notify them however they do not have a telephone number to get through to them so had to email, no response after 3 days???? The item arrived and unfortunately it is damaged, the package looks like it has been driven over multiple times as it has tyre marks all over. We are having major communication issues - email sent, no response - Facebook messenger sent, no response. Very disappointing, looking into raising dispute through our payment provider. Watch this space......

Always a great service. Even when mistakes are made or I'm not quite happy with something. Customer service is always on the ball and rectify straight away. I order on and of and had a fair few templates delivered. Will carry on using. Great work!

Great product that fitted perfectly - only downside was when I took off the protective film from the mirror side there were some scratches (have pics).

Prompt response to my earlier review which was welcomed however ordering communication could be better. Having received an email from the courier that it would be delivered by the 16th I was disappointed that it did not arrive yesterday or today. Latest update advises its now in transit. Also received email from company asking how did they do which would imply they thought it had been received. Will see what happens next week.

Acrylic sheet ordered to sit atop a soft pine chest of drawers, upon which my son's computer would sit. Had requeated rounded edges but some places were slightly rough, with very small chips on the edges, but as this did not affect functionality I just faced them towards the back as I could not be bothered to return and find a replacement.

I ordered a single piece of acrylic for a photo frame, it took them 15 days to send it. When it did arrive it had a chip in the edge. Poor service all round.

Ordered some acrylic. Had an email confirming the order and a Yodel delivery date but after 2 weeks I had nothing and zero response from the seller after multiple attempts. Complete scam website.

Absolutely appalling company. Unbelievably, there is no direct contact, either phone or chat. My order went A.W.O.L, no explanation given. When it did arrive, the oackaging was so flimsy, the sheets were twisted. I was assured this was normal. When the sheets were fixes to the wall and the film removed, they were covered in scratches. For some bizarre reason, they don't put a film on the back, that must be where the scratches were. Having repeatedly contacted them to resolve this, I am now contacting Trading Standards

I’m not sure if these other reviews are fake or not , I ordered some acrylic for my arcade cab , all perfect and exactly as I requested . My experience wasn’t likened to any of these reviews , yes they use yodel and yodel aren’t the quickest but products were well packed and protected . I would use again

Absolute rubbish. I placed the order and right from the onset there was no communication whatsoever. I thought I’d been scammed. None of the links on the website work having clicked on the delivery link to get some information. No telephone number. No companies House information. Absolute disgrace.

Quite possibly the worst company I've ever bought from. Zero communication right from the start.
Products finally arrived and are such poor quality they are fit for the bin.
We ordered a few acrylic blocks, they arrived chipped, burnt and badly damaged.
No response when we complained or requested a refund.
We will be taking further action to recover our money, in the meantime I would advise all potential customers to STAY away from Acrylic Warehouse and use a professional, reliable company such as Sheet Plastics.
I will now ensure every time this company appear on Facebook due to advertising I will respond and warn customer.
I have a great deal of contacts within the industry and will ensure everyone I come into contact with knows to avoid this company.

Looks like a fake company. I ordered some acrylic sheets and there was an order confirmation and a YODEL delivery email. The item has not been delivered and when chasing YODEL, they cannot help as I am not the account holder but informed me that they are awaiting 'information' from the sender.
I have emailed the acrylic warehouse and sent the online form but no repose from them in a week

Bogus company. DO NOT USE.
The site looks legitimate and the confirmation order came through [Order #1725]. However, after that there was no communication, no delivery and no contact number to speak to anyone about the order. Emailed the company (the only contact information available) on 2 or 3 occasions, but after 6 weeks still no delivery, no communication or reply.
