Wow i love my bed that was installed today great service brilliant.thank you ash.

They arrived on time and fixed the bed up for us. Given we are both pensioners this was a really big help and the delivery chaps were very polite.

The bed was damaged in 2 places and unfinished with trimming where drawers are, two of the drawers did not close properly. Low quality build and material
5* for customer service though, refund issued and awaiting collection. Customer service was great before, just after delivery and then following issues experienced.

Absolutely made up with my purchase, I bought a 2 drawer divan double bed and mattress to go with for an absolute bargain, the quality of the bed is top notch for the price aswell and was very easy to assemble, the delivery was fast and the guy was very helpful, couldn't be happier and would highly recommend.

The order was cancelled within under 24 hours and the company are still trying to get full payment for a product that didn’t even leave the warehouse, the man on the phone confirmed when I asked about the base being cardboard he also said cardboard and why it was cancelled

The young guy that brought my new bed was very courteous. Put the bed together showed me how to use the ottoman port .

Ordered our bed, received a estimated delivery date. Actually received a call to say it was available earlier! Booked next day delivery and was called on day to say time. Everything about this was easy and bed is great! Lovely guys, on the phone and delivery guys. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this company!

So pleased we chose bed village yorkshire. Great customer service including advice, delivery updates, lovely delivery driver who carried everything upstairs with my husband and helpful videos as we chose to self assemble. Easy to use website with lots of choice, really pleased with the beautiful bed we were able to customise to exactly our preferences with 4 drawers storage, style, colour and size of divan and headboard and good choice of mattresses too. The quality is really good, excellent price and quick delivery. We are very happy customers, thank you!
