I would highly recommend this bed company. Recently bought 2 single beds. They arrived on time, delivered perfectly by 2 very nice people and they were well packaged. Very good customer service, I had several calls from Ash who let me know when the beds would arrive and then to check that everything had gone well. He also offered to be on the end of the phone if I had any problems putting the beds together. The beds were very easy to assemble as most of it was already done. Just had to attach the arm for lifting the bed up and put the headboard and foot on. Very simple and very high quality beds. Had the best nights sleep in a long time last night! Very good value and I will definitely buy from them again. Thank you @thebedvillageyorkshire

Bit disappointed after all the good reviews. Bad communication.There were no instructions on how to assemble the bed and I asked a question if the bed closure was correct or looked faulty, I reached out on what's app and e mail but no replies. Would be helpful with a simple instruction leaflet included. I wasn't sent a despatch e mail beforehand, I got one after it had been delivered. Delivery phoned me up to arrange at 9.45pm which I thought was quite late. It was delivered by one man who seemed to struggle as it was heavy and it dropped off the van with a thud. They also left packaging that fell off the van on my drive

Customer service has been great, bed is lovely, easy to put together. Fast delivery.

I am thrilled with my new bed and the outstanding service I received. From buying the bed to having it delivered, everything was exceptional. It’s clear that the family-run nature of the business adds something special. The promptness of the driver and the unmatched service left a great impression; they went above and beyond. The comfort of the bed is impressive. I will definitely suggest this company to friends and family and will return whenever I need another bed.

You guys do a very good job with the beds and delivering the beds. The only problem I ever have is your communication. We always have to call to find out when you will be delivering the beds. We never hear before that. Other than that, you guys do a great job!

Not delivered, didn’t respond to email or ever answer the phone!

I want to express how pleased I was with the service and the quality of my new bed. The entire experience, from the initial purchase to the delivery, was excellent. The personal touch of a family business truly made a difference. The driver was punctual and the service was second to none, nothing was too much trouble. My new bed is incredibly comfortable. I will certainly recommend the company to my friends and family and will use them again if I am ever in the market for a new bed.

Received a text at 6.26a.m saying they will be delivering this morning said they would ring 15/20 minutes before arrival, never received call and never heard them knocking tried ringing the number later that morning no reply sent a text asking what time they would arrive at 12.00 no reply waited all day heard nothing, later that evening around 7.30 pm after it had been raining for hours went outside and there was my bed, mattress and headboard just dumped on my drive, I couldn’t move any of the items as to heavy and I’m a pensioner had to go to neighbours asking for help, tried ringing the customer service number several times no answer tried Ash number no reply he eventually rang me said he would look into it and ring me back have not heard a thing from him since, also I bought the bed bundle No Pillows came so do not buy the bundle as looking at some reviews since this isnt the first time

The bed is very good, very comfortable
And the delivery and delivery driver was first class.

First, their web site desgn makes ordering simple and comprehensive through the various options.
Second, their customer service is second to none. They will discuss your choices and make sensible and helpful suggestions.
Third, delivery is quick and well executed. Unlike many household names
Fourth This the second bed we have bought in the last month. Mainly down to Ash and his excellent support.

Super fast delivery of a high quality product at a reasonable price good communication and a friendly helpful service.

Ordered super king size bed and mattress arrived quickly Ash rang me day before delivery told me when bed would be arriving and also after delivery to check every thing was ok good customer service and happy with bed

Happy with the bed and service overall but initial comms with seller could've been better as I didn't hear anything for several days after placing the order (other than the initial order confirmation email) and I needed some advice on delivery date options.
I followed the Contact Us section on the website in a couple of different ways (whatsapp and email) and didn't get a response, however when I telephoned, it was received by a very polite, easy going chap who helped put my mind at rest.
Delivery driver was excellent.
It would've been useful to have a sheet of clear assembly instructions because I'd never assembled a bed before and, whilst there is not all that much to it, I did need some pointers and was not comfortable without seeking more info.
I found 3 links on the Bed Village website but the one I needed said "Page not found" when clicked (ottoman divan) so we used a random different company's instructions rather than Bed Village to get the job done.
Now I'm more of an expert, I'd be more than happy to give these guys my custom again in the future.

The website is very easy to navigate with clear product photos and options laid out. Prices are very competitive. Most of all delivery was within days of the order, swifter than than the estimate given!

Not to impressed. Ordered a Superking bed with mattress, had no one ring or message to say what date it would be delivered.. Tried to contact few times didn't get anywhere fast.. 2 weeks later I chased up on them again first time I got through i was told to ring back monday- rang again to be told a delivery driver was involed in an RTA at that point I started to feel phobbed off. Didn't often pick up the phone emails being ignore so I managed to get hold of them through messenger where they wanted my personal details of phone number etc all over again even after sending screenshot of my order.. So they had number of order etc to go by.. at that point I said I've already sent screenshots etc of my order above check that way.. was stating to panic thinking I'd been scammed again (like I had been on a previous bed bought online only few weeks prior).. then I asked for the persons name who I was speaking to on messenger they refused to give me thier name. I was then messaged day or so later to say when bed would arrive (finally got an answer) . Bed is nice but they got the order WRONG I ordered diamonte studs on the headboards and they were fabric. No apology message was sent and no offer of a slight refund for wrong order was offered . Paid alot of money for the bed but I felt customer service could have been 100% better than it was & to not offer a bit of refund back for messed up order really didn't sit well with me not even an apology. I Won't order from them again.

Communication about delivery was great & everything went well

I am very disappointed with the lack of response to my emails, messages and phone calls to this company and i am starting to wonder if they have gone out of business. I ordered a bed on 14 October, they took my money immediately and I had an email confirming the order, stating a 7-10 day delivery window. I have been messaging all this week, direct on the website, 3 emails, WhatsApp and have called them numerous times to find out when the bed is to be delivered. No response at all. The phone just rings out a few times and then cuts off. The reviews were all so good, I am very disappointed. If I don't hear anything by Monday I will have to cancel as my credit card bill is due to be paid soon.
