Great experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company. Easy ordering of our divan bed on the website with plenty of choice and great communication through to the delivery. The bed is very good quality and looks much more expensive than it was. Extremely happy with our purchase. The delivery was also very smooth. We had a phone call the day before delivery to give us a time frame and it was delivered within this. (Also only 3 days after ordering). The delivery man was friendly and super careful with the bed from getting it out of the van to placing it down where I’d asked with extra care. I’m really impressed. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from The Bed Village in the future. Thank you so much.

Bought a single bed with drawers for my daughter and she loves it. Solid build quality and looks really nice.
Delivery was a bit frantic, I was expecting a call to be able to choose the delivery day but got a call on the morning of delivery, not ideal but luckily it all worked out and it arrived that evening. Spoke to Ash who kept me updated.

I’m a new customer and decided to place my first order with The Bed Village Yorkshire based on the positive reviews I saw online. Sadly, my experience has been very disappointing. The company was quick to take my payment but have completely failed to respond to my messages or provide any tracking details for delivery. It’s now been 10 days since I placed my order, and there has been absolutely no communication or sign that the order has even been dispatched. Due to this lack of response, I’ve had to cancel my order through PayPal. The poor communication and silence from this company have left me questioning whether it’s legitimate and if the reviews are genuine.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service and Quality from The Bed Village Yorkshire!

I was initially hesitant to buy from a company I hadn’t heard of before, but after reading the positive reviews about their beds on Amazon and checking them out on Google, I decided to take the plunge. I called the customer service number late on a Sunday afternoon and spoke with Ash, who was incredibly helpful. He explained everything about the bed I was interested in, the mattress options, and even went into detail about the delivery process.

I also checked The Bed Village Yorkshire on Trustpilot and was impressed by the feedback there, which gave me even more confidence to go ahead and place my order. I decided on the Beverley Divan with a headboard and footboard in black plush. Before delivery, Ash personally called to confirm the date and even told me to save his number in case I had any issues.

On delivery day, the bed arrived well-packaged, and all the parts were neatly organized — the feet were even stapled in a bag to the bed, which made assembly straightforward. The only tricky part was attaching the headboard, but when I called Ash (and missed him initially), he promptly rang me back and even video-called me on WhatsApp to guide me through the correct process step by step.

I waited until my new mattress arrived before writing this review, and now that everything’s set up, the vision I had in my head is complete. The bed looks fantastic, the quality is excellent, and the customer service has been outstanding from start to finish.

I would highly recommend Ash and The Bed Village Yorkshire to anyone — nothing is too much trouble for them, and they truly go above and beyond for their customers.

Delivery was quick with excellent tracking updates. However, the order arrived incomplete (missing advertised bundle pillows) and the bottom divan base was damaged. The damage—which included a hole in the base fabric the mattress lays on, a bolt protruding through the plush fabric, and a non-flush drawer closure—appeared to be quality control defects as the packaging was intact.
None of the defects affect the comfort; the plush fabric is lovely, and the mattress is high quality. After a few calls, a partial refund was agreed upon and paid to resolve the issues. While the resolution took a few days due to their busy schedules, the customer service representative, Ash, was consistently polite and communicative.

Bed was made very very cheaply material was wafer thin and frame wouldn’t have lasted a week there was movement on the joints of the bed and it wasn’t even put up this was divan bad no differnt to the cheap rubbish off Facebook sent straight back at the door on delivery

Quick delivery, excellent customer service - they even answered a call of mine late on a sautrsay to help me set the bed up ( 3 simple steps). The bed is amazing quality, i was skeptical due to the price but we needed it and pur budget was limited. The quality is superb as is the mattress. The duck egg in plush is a gorgeous rich colour !

Great quality and easy to really customise the perfect bed. Lots of options for fabrics finishes. Smooth purchase through the website. With a fast communication on when to expect the bed to arrive. And the price was very competitive without comprising the quality. Highly recommended.

I ordered from this bed company . My delivery was quick and prompt. The company is very informative they kept me in the loop with regards to delivery. The driver was very kind and polite. He actually took his shoes off when he came into the property. He put the bed together and took away all the rubish. He was polite etc. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone they are excellent
