Faulty filters and mask is wrong size, asked for return and they ignore me. Will have to go to bank now to recover money and then the face mask store can waste their time trying to contact me for the return of their crap.

Contacted about bad review and was given return postage label and an exchange for a different size. Issue now resolved

I haven't received my face masks because of the delivery method. The post office will not simply deliver them by posting through my letterbox without some complicated process such as being in to sign for the package.

I love the website. It’s helpful and informative. Delivery was great. I like my AirpOP masks. They are light, comfortable and breathable. They fit me really well too. Highly recommend this company.

Website offered different FFP3 masks, with and without valves, singles and multipacks. Cheap, arrived on time without fuss.

Easy to find the particular mask I wanted. Great info on the product’s usability for MRI. Posted and arrived promptly. Wore it the next day for my appointment.

The delivery was great as I was aware when the masks were coming but the masks themselves were absolutely awful. They kept snapping and for the price I paid, I am extremely disappointed. I don’t think I’ll shop here again if this is the quality of masks sold (I know it’s the brand but shouldn’t they all be of high quality?). Regardless not entirely pleased.

**UPDATE**

I've had two phone calls with this company and one was to quickly send off some non-faulty masks which I really appreciate. The second was the possibility of helping us with our new London MaskBloc. I'm very appreciative of this service and even though I had a bad experience, we may use them again. Thank you Face Mask Store.

Repeat customer - enough said! These guys never let us down. Quality products at a good price, delivered fast (next day!). If you need what they sell, why go anywhere else? Support a smaller enterprise, it's good karma!

Half face mask arrived on time and as ordered

Most reliable place to buy masks from. It's great that you can buy single masks to try out the fit before committing to a whole box. Wide range of mask options and a good description of products and sizing for each. Always quick delivery and well packaged. Great that they have a PPE recycling service to, I plan to use that when I have enough used masks to fill a box.
