The Grooming Clinic Reviews

My first time buying from this company & I must say, from ordering to delivery was hassle free, very quick & a wonderful shopping experience. 2 samples were enclosed with my order & a beautiful fragrance came from the box itself. I wished all companies would operate like this. Lastly but not least, somebody actually wrote THANK YOU on the note enclosed. Who does that these days. My first time buying but it will not be my last. I highly recommend. Thank you Henry & Team ☯️

Excellent purchase competitive pricing and supernatural delivery

Great experience overall with The Grooming Clinic. The customer service, led by Henry, stands out for its helpfulness and efficiency. From advice on fragrances to resolving issues like tracking misplaced parcels, the team handles everything professionally. Delivery is quick, and returns were hassle-free too. Highly recommend, though room for minor improvements keeps it from a perfect score. Four stars!

Delivery in less than 24 hours 🤯. Whilst I wouldn't count on this happening for everyone all the time it does appear that whatever ethos TGC has, it's all good.
Thank you for stocking Marvis and the astonishing delivery speed.
Paul.

Exceptional service when I had an issue. Please don’t underestimate the power of good old fashioned service. Others maybe cheaper but the service provided is exceptional.

Other companies take note, this is how customer service should be done.
Great range of products and wonderful customer service. Will definitely order again.

I recently placed an order with The Grooming Clinic and I have to say the customer service I received from Henry was exceptional. I never normally write reviews but I have been so impressed with the service I received that I just wanted to share how great this company is.
Lovely item, that came packaged nicely and the box smelt amazing! Will definitely be shopping with you again! Thank you

First time using this company. I'm really impressed. Best assortment of mens product around and brilliant service to match. Order despatched quickly, nice packaging and the box smells fantastic. Website is easy to use and well presented. A good experience all-round. Keep up the good work. Thanks.

These guys are the best. I've just placed my Black Friday order and I'm so confident everything will go as smoothly, having purchased from TGC many times before I can confidently leave a positive review before delivery. Great products, great value especially when you are buying in the discount season :)

I thoroughly enjoyed shopping at The Grooming Clinic. I particularly liked that I could call them and speak to a human being, and it's a local rate number. I'm shopping for Christmas gifts for my grandson and I have no idea what they use these days. When I called I chatted with a charming young man who helped me.

My order was sent out on the same day that I placed the order with them and delivery was quick.

I will be sharing this website with my grandson, I hope he continues to use them.

I had the most wonderful experience with the team at The Grooming Clinic, so much so that I have set myself up with an account here to share it. It's such a rarity, in this digital world that we find ourselves in, to receive such great service, and when you do it should be praised. I called to ask for some advice about a fragrance that I heard about lots, Escentric Molecules 01. I had smelt it on a couple of people and wanted some reassurance before parting with my hard earned money to but it. I was told that the scent can't be smelt on yourself or in the bottle so I wanted to find out some more information about it. I spoke with the most charming chap, Henry, who spared 10 minutes of his time to talk me through the scent and even told that somebody had followed him around the supermarket to ask what the scent was, it's that impressive.

Thank you dearly for all your help and I will absolutely be back to purchase, or chat to you, once again.

Fabulous Service .
Super Quick delivery , simply would not order my fragrance from anyone else .
Thank you , five stars everytime

Top product, good pricing, well packaged and timely acurate delivery. What more could I wish?

Prompt delivery, communication good, easy ordering process

Always super service and super fast delivery.

Excellent service and certainly a great price, goods arrived very promptly and well packaged.

Fantastic customer service!! Ordered a product for a great price from the website and realised after ordering no longer needed the product. I emailed to ask about if I could return the product and I got a very quick, no hassle response, from Henry who sent me a link to their free returns label. I returned the item and within no time I received my my refund as well as an email from Henry confirming that they had received my item and my refund had been processed, all with no hassle and in such a short time. Brilliant service and will certainly use them more often now!!

Really happy. From start to finish, a genuine pleasure to deal with and incredibly helpful. The best service I have received in a very long time, by far.
