Henry - Customer Service was absolutely first class ( unlike Royal Mail - excuse the pun) he went way beyond the call of duty in helping when my wife's perfume wasn't delivered.
He kept me posted of all developments until the package was received.
Would 100% use The Grooming Clinic again.

Excellent customer service and lovely product
The Grooming Clinic has probably the best customer service I have ever come across. My purchase was unavoidably delayed due to Royal Mail strikes but Henry kept me fully informed and went above and beyond to find out where my package was after RM had held it for over two weeks.
The soap that I bought was perfect and I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.

They have used a cheap courier that is charging me a second delivery fee
They don't pay the customs import fee so I had to pay an additional amount to recieve the parcel
I live in UAE and have ordered UK items direct to my door from other companies all the time and never had this problem . Just today i recieved my next order. No problem . This is a seller who i definitely wouldn't use again. I wrote to them about this issue and they shrugged it off. Definitely Won't use again.

The bulk of the fee is an second delivery charge that the courier is charging me again because the company haven't paid it. Absolutely appalling and they are telling me its my fault.

Sadly we have no control over customs charges when your parcel arrives in your destination country. I can see that your delivery address is in the UAE. When you place your order with us the UK vat is removed. As all orders are shipped from the UK, customs procedures, which are beyond our control, will be handled by the customs authorities in you the UAE, but I’d like to assure you that the UK vat is deducted for you during the checkout process.
For further information on importing goods into the UAE you can always contact your local customs office and they will be able to help.

Not just the best selection of properly interesting, high quality, different, international men's skin/beard/hair care stuff I've found in the UK (which it is), but also absolutely spot-on service. Extremely quick and efficient ordering/delivery, backed by a genuinely great customer support team. Recommended.

Beyond Excellent !
I have been shopping with them since past 7-8 years or so and have placed countless orders with them. Each and every order has gone thru perfectly and never have I faced any problem. In any minor eventuality or even a slight concern (in business this may happen for reasons beyond the sellers control, though never intentionally; but its how it is addressed by the company is whats more important), the staff steps up to resolve the matter promptly and in the most courteous, honest, professional and friendly manner. The guys running the company are simply great and pay prompt attention to any question or concern you may have.
This company is a benchmark for what e-commerce should strive to be. If you can find your preferred brand with them, you do not need to look elsewhere. In due course, you may feel you are buying from a friends website ! Simply brilliant !!
