The Grooming Clinic Reviews

AVOID! They claim they have amazing 5-star service. What a joke! The reason for this is because they won't allow any negative reviews on their website. You're banned from complaining, or telling the truth. Nice and easy to claim everyone's happy. That's deceitful. They have complained about my review and the porker even made threats (!?! - great customer service), but, not contacted me to apologise. Really pathetic customer service. Then, he ignores the terrible service, the dodgy website and tries to divert attention. Pathetic. That's why his website has no reviews. Anyone is welcome to check that I have left plenty of 5 star reviews, when deserved. I don't tolerate liars. This shower earned his one star.

I was trying to order from Aromatherapy Associates and was not getting the service I expected. I happened to see The Grooming Clinic had the items I was looking to purchase as I’m not a regular on line shopper I was a bit dubious, but I decided to try well what can I say: Thank You I received my order 2 days after ordering which has just arrived at exactly the time stated with 3 free samples and a £75 gift voucher for a case of wine.
I highly recommend anybody to use this company and thank you for your fantastic service and my gift.

First time customer of The Grooming Clinic.

I came across TGC after searching all over the internet for a particular Lip Balm, which isn't on sale in the UK yet. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was in stock on their website, so decided to place my first order.

Very quick dispatch & shipping. Package arrived in good condition and even included a handwritten thank you note, which was a nice, personal touch.

They seem like a fairly new business, but they're definitely doing something right.

Hopefully be back again soon.

Excellent communication and very quick delivery. Have used the grooming clinic multiple times and never had any issues.
Thank you!

What a fab website!!
Easy to use, goods arrived on time and packaged really well!
Five stars all round!

I ordered Molecule 01 as a present for my partners birthday. We were both very disappointed with the fragrance as it did not smell like any other Molecule 01 we have purchased previously. The reason we only gave one star is purely due to the fabulous travel case.

Was about 20% cheaper than usual retail price. Dispatched and delivered so fast. Great example of doing the basics as a business and valuing our custom. Deserved 5 stars.

I found The Grooming Clinic when looking for a specific product. A quick phone conversation confirmed it was in stock. First class customer service and very fast delivery, the items delivered well packaged. I will definitely be a regular customer - highly recommended.

Excellent selection of products with fast shipping and best-in-class customer service. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Love these guys. I buy most of my cosmetics from them. Always prefer to support an independent as opposed to a huge faceless corp. Always a great service and great product range.

Have purchased products many times with The Grooming Clinic, excellent service with emails letting me know the progress of my items and when I will receive them, prices often a couple of pounds cheaper than elsewhere on the net. From ordering to receiving usually takes 2 or 3 days

This is my first order with The Grooming Clinic who I found online as they were the only Company that stocked the product I wanted. My package arrived today and first of all once I opened it, it had the most gorgeous scent! I’ve never known this before and couldn’t stop smelling the box! Strange but true! Is this a perfume? If so I’d love to know what it is? To also find a free sample of another product was also a lovely touch. Now I have found this website I will definitely be revisiting to browse again. Thankyou for excellent service. I highly recommend you 😊

First-time buyer. Not happy with the quality of the deodorant stick. Despite not being opened until 4 months after purchase, there were no problems getting a replacement. E-mails answered courteously and almost by return. The customer service was superb.

Excellent products at an amazing price made even sweeter by a discount they were running. Will definitely use there services again.

I think this company really places a considerable amount of priority on customer service. Their range, prices, and delivery really are first class. I used to buy my Jack Black products from a high street chemist at full retail price. The money I now save by going to The Grooming Clinic, is considerable, to say, the least. Even when you phone them, they are always so helpful. They've found yet another loyal and happy customer to add to their ever-growing list.

Im very happy with the grooming clinic very fast reply from emails very professional I've ordered from them 3 times now and won't go no where else now also they sent me samples of what i want to test im very happy with the grooming clinic 5 out of 5 stars for me

Fantastic service, was so impressed. I ordered on Monday and half an hour later my order was dispatched and I received my order on Wednesday morning! The website has a really good range of products with prices for all budgets. Superb!

Always have very nice experience, fantastic customer service. I will like to recommend The Grooming Clinic to friends and family members. And love to buy again.

Great customer service and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely buy from The Grooming Clinic again.

Amazing customer service...I wrote the wrong postcode on my order (typo) so it didn’t arrive....The Grooming Clinic chased up my parcel with Royal Mail and when they didn’t hear back they sent a replacement! Special thanks to Matty 🙏🏻
