The LGV Training Company is truly professional and made the entire process of getting my Class 1 HGV licence smooth and stress-free. From the very first day I submitted my application, they provided excellent guidance and support.

I’ve done my C1 with LGV training company and they were amazing. Amber was the one booking all my courses and she was great, answered all my queries in no time even though I wasn’t answering hers that fast due to my line of work. The guys at the Otterbourne centre( Dave, Del, Marcus and the others) were really good also, very professional and patient. I can’t recommend them enough. I will definitely go back for any other training I’m planning to do.

I was on a tight time line to get my c+e completed, literally 2 weeks!!
I contacted lgv, they sorted it out for me so it was done within my time constraints which was ideal and took the pressure off me as I had a million other things to be sorting rather then phoning around trying to book places. The revision pack they sent out was spot on! I didn't miss a .ark on my theory or hazzard perception 100 all round, I then went on to the driving and passed first time. So thank you lgv

I had a great experience with The LGV Training Company. They handled all the bookings for my LGV training and tests, making the process completely stress-free. Leaving me to focus on the important stuff. Their staff were wonderful, always providing excellent customer service and happy to assist anytime by phone, WhatsApp or email. They even followed up to check on my progress, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend their service!

From start to finish everyone was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and any queries I had were answered with in a great time period. Would recommend them to anyone.

Only halfway through this yet but from start to present I am filled with confidence. Everyone is so willing to help.

So far I have dealt with Emily, Antonio and Alfie but the reality is the system works - your number reveals your details and they immediately respond to that.

The real point of my review is the external service - this is booked but LGV have no control over this - having just completed my CPC, the course was delivered by a guy who will accept future calls for help or advice. Also, the medical provider used got a massive online thumbs up.

Clearly, this company is utilising the best resources available.

The rest is up to me. What can possibly go wrong?!!

After being made redundant from my last job after 25 years i decided that i need a change of direction, I contacted Nick Lake at LGV Training who along with the excellent admin team helped guide me through the process. giving me all the tools, guidance and information i needed to pass my C1.

I did my C1 training with the LGV company. I found that they worked around me and was very efficient with the time frame I needed to have my test within. The staff that dealt with me were amazing especially Alfie who guided me through everything I needed to know and checked my progress along each step, along with Steve my instructor and mickey. I had a fab experience with these who were very supportive along the way, I passed first time! I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to complete the C1 course. Thankyou so much to the LGV team for your support!

As someone who decided to change careers and not being sure what I needed to do had great service and advice from start to passing my Class 1 test. Even given assistance with applying for my next job

Very poor understanding of a situation that was out side my control and quite happy lighten my pocket of £1500 for a medical that was s##t were I was told I was blind 😢but after a £45 proper test was told eyes were 20/20 as per your reply as to me not being a customer just adds fuel to fire you have all the detail to see who iam and find your reply lame just makes it even more clear

From start to finish booking my theory medical then finally practical very easy very informative and suggesting how I go about each level to get the final result !!!
I passed my theory first time and woohoo my practical reverse test was an ease then the forward test came with no minors or faults and that was due to the driver training company they have on there books !!!
Don’t ever be in doubt of this company or yourself just go for it !!!

They are great in selling the services but just think about your money and won't help you achieve your goals.
I hired them and it was the biggest mistake of my life. Too much money wasted and didn't get the licence due to their incompetence.
I left them and went to other school which costed me literally half price and I got my licence C+E for class 1 in Guildford in only one week!
Believe me, do not waste your time. Go to a proper HGV school.

Really satisfied. Both with booking dates as well as for revision, even the classes conducted by pmc was really satisfying
