Courier failed to ensure package reached me as customer. TheLights4U customer service were contacted via 4 attempted emails, 2 phone calls... Promise made to investigate with the courier and then get back to me. No contact then made. No answer on the customer service phone line and no ability to leave a message. I'm out of pocket, with no product and no recourse to pursue currently. Avoid.

I orded a pair of wall lights and a ceiling light. They were a reduced price so want sure whether they would look as good as advertised.
The delivery was quick. I had to wait for electrician to put them up for me. He was very complimentary about them when he saw them lit up.

We love them much nicer than expected. Would definitely recommend to others.

I ordered the outside lights for my husband fir Christmas and it turned out I needed more. It was so easy to order another length that actually join together.
Both deliveries were very quick and efficient and I now have a lovely garden with perfect lighting. I wouldn't hesitate to order again from this company

Firstly the lights sent were not as described (ip54 rated instead of ip65). I contacted the company numerous times before they agreed to refund my money plus all postage costs.

Eventually (after many times trying to contact them) they did refund the original costs but I am still awaiting the return postage. They do not reply to emails.

These lights were bought to put up for Christmas & i'm still trying to sort it out at the end of February

Very pleased with the lights I purchased from this company. They were easy to order and delivered on time and at a very good price. I had a slight issue with some minor damage to one of the fittings but this has been resolved amicably. I would recommend this company

I ordered a couple of larger lights and was really happy with them,they give a brilliant bright white light,
I told my friend and ordered her some as well.
Quick delivery as well.
They look much nicer when on the ceiling than in the box.

I’ve had lots of lights from this company always delivered quickly and in great condition. They were exceptionally well priced and I’m delighted with them. Recommended.

Customer service responded quickly to my enquiries regarding my order. If I'm honest it's the product that' no so great. The mirror is ideal for travel as it folds away but the quality is cheap plastic and the light is not bright enough to be useful. I would have returned it but I don't want to pay further postage costs. I'll probably use the mirror on holiday but it's no good for everyday use. Fairly disappointed. Had a response from the xompany thanking me for my positive response. I am not sure they read the whole review??!!

Purchased a ceiling light and it was never delivered. Contacted the company to return some festoon lights (showing photographic evidence of their delivery) whilst highlighting the ceiling light had not been delivered. They said it was delivered on the 23rd December, so I asked for evidence. They replied with a delivery note from the courier, without a signature, or photographic evidence of the item being received by someone, or placed at my house. So my concern is the item was delivered to the wrong address or something else more concerning happened to it. Either way I do not have what I paid for. The overall cost of my purchase was £124. Only £25 was returned for the festoon lights. The remainder has not been processed as the supplier says it has been delivered. However, I have repeatedly informed them it has still not been delivered. I have asked for photographic evidence or a signature but they have not responded. I am now looking to officially recoup my money. Not impressed with how this has been handled considering I needed this light prior to Xmas as it was the only one both my partner and I agreed upon.

Ordered some lights , were never delivered and when i started calling them they said its already delivered which i never got and my money was taken . When asked for proof they sent me a picture of another parcel with a different name altogether. Now they are not answering my calls for a refund. Don’t order from them they together with Evri they postal partners are committing FRAUD. Stop ordering from these people. I lost my money and warning you don’t fall for them.
