Good but not perfect
The conversation with David Patel was informative and I purchased a battery operated PIR censored
light. However, I was not made aware of the size of batteries required. It became apparent after receiving the light, delivered quickly. The batteries are expensive @ £8.00. If they last 26 weeks then OK,
0.32 p a week is fine, but this will only be apparent in May 2026.
The light operates well , so to date I have to say I am happy with it.
One small point, I did send an email, addressed to David on 08/10/25, but sadly no reply. I was enquiring about another possible purchase. I would have thought that I would have been contacted. I have received this week an opportunity to rate the product,
clearly the company are not requesting this information. It must be something they have signed up with another company to get feedback. It would be much better if the company read there replies.
I would rate the company Good but not perfect.

Great phone service, good price, excellent product
I phoned to check that what I was ordering did what I wanted. They were very helpful and even pointed out an extra discount I could add at the webshop. Products arrived the next day and worked as described. Very happy and would recommend.

Awful
Awful. Lights came- non-standard cheap Chinese wiring. No markings on wires. No instructions in the box. No weather seal and it meant to be an outdoor light. Dangerous!
Emailed the company- no reply (surprise surprise).
Avoid like the plague.

Faulty light
Faulty light - return policy is 48hrs from purchase but light wasn't installed until weekend so they wouldn't exchange.
Despite what they said I did email but got no response.

I wish I'd read these reviews before I made my purchase. The light I ordered arrived promptly but was too small for my requirements. Like others I have tried contacting the company by phone, email and WhatsApp and have heard nothing back.

Avoid at all costs
Do not buy with this company, I bought 3 lights but one was the incorrect colour. I have sent numerous emails with no reply and all the telephone numbers for the company don't exist. STAY WELL AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT DISAPPOINTMENT.
