The under-counter strip light wouldn't…
The under-counter strip light wouldn't charge and so obviously didn't work. After contacting the company, and asking for a refund, they asked for a photograph - which I sent immediately. They responded with, 'we will share return details with you in a short while.'
That was four days ago.
I've emailed three times during that period to ask for return instructions. I still don't have them.
I think people get this company confused with this company: lights4you which they definitely are not.
I would not purchase from thelights4u.com again.
Update: as you can see from the response below, the company has made it right, which is much appreciated - so I've revised the number of stars given.
