Had a voucher for my birthday. Ordered 4 plants and a beautiful Terrarium, super good quality… let’s try and keep them alive :)

I was going to buy a plant pot.
Technical features are the most important info, but missing. Lots of blah blah blah totally useless when you have to buy a plant pot.
Dimensions, weight, ... nowhere to be found, shame !

Absolutely gorgeous Jungle Orchid, my mother-in-law was overwhelmed on Mother's day.
Despite ordering a day before, it arrived on time within the time widow stated.
Absolutely no problem from going on their site, to end result ( the lovely phonecall thanking us for a beautiful flower)
I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

Great looking plant at a fantastic price, I ordered this for my Mum for Mother's Day and she was delighted with the plant. It arrived very well packaged and in excellent condition, a quality product that will last for a long time to come. Thank you The Little Botanical, after a number of years of poor quality flowers from online postal florists, you are head and shoulders above the rest and have truly set the bar high. Cannot recommend you highly enough!

Ordered at the weekend and standard delivery arrived by Wednesday (as promised). The plant is beautiful and very healthy, and was exactly as ordered. It could not have been wrapped any better nor more securely, and was delivered with care by DPD. I will definitely use TLB again, thank you all.

What a great company! I ordered a potted plant for my mum and it came within a few days. Packaging was perfect and the plant is super healthy. Plants arrived next day as promised but missing the ceramic pot. Emailed customer service but no reply a week later. - Eventually contacted to say pot is OOS and will be sent out when back in stock.

The crassula and little heart arrived as a gift for my mother today, she loves them. We are South African and the Jade plant is very special to us. Lovely customer service and beautiful items nicely priced.

This is my first order from Little Botanical and I am very pleased with the plant and spray mister. It was all very well packaged too.

I ordered the "Plant Lovers Ultimate Gift" from the company. Unfortunately the courier managed to lose part of the delivery (the table). I phoned the company and spoke to Louisa and then Julie, who were both extremely friendly, helpful and quickly resolved the issue.
I received the replacement the next day and it looks stunning, plus the quality is really good.
Also I have to say the packaging of the plants is exceptional with no damage in transit.
This has been one of the best customer service experiences I've had, and so refreshing to be able to speak to someone when there's a problem. What a great company, I would highly recommend them.

Orchids delivered lovely. Have experienced poor orchids with no flowers to bloom from other companies and usually very disappointed. The orchids received today lovely and plenty of new blooms. Impressed.

Just amazing! I was very sceptical placing an order online for plants as so very often they arrive in a sorry state, but I was treated to a gift card and was amazed at the quality of the plants and also the wrapping which was faultless. Plants and plants box arrived quickly. Plant box is easy to put together-initially, I couldn't work out where exactly the felt goes, but the instructional video is excellent. And once you realise what to do, it is very straightforward.
All the plants arrived in excellent shape-no casualties. They really do look very health indeed. Very impressed. Not used LB before and you never quite know what to expect when buying online. But, the plants are much better than many I have seen in nurseries. And pretty good value too. Can't wait to plant them up!

My daughter ordered some plants for her place from The Little Botanical and I was surprised how healthy and beautiful they looked, so I decided to order some as well. The delivery driver obvious didn't care what was inside the boxes, so he delivered them upside down. With a heavy heart I opened the boxes but because the plants were so well wrapped no harm was done. They are beautiful plants and will definitely order from this company again.
