Only reason I’m dropping a star is because of how long it took to receive my order.

The scent and machine themselves are awesome. Fills our living room and dining room easily. I have it all the way down to level 2. Definitely worth purchasing for us. And I can’t wait to try more scents.

Took too long to receive and barely gives any scent. Waste of money.

Ordering was simple, and my product arrived in a timely manner. Unpacking and setting up were very easy. I followed the instructions and with only one misstep, I successfully set everything up for a daily schedule. I love how my house smells now! Great product!

Recomend i love the disfuser really worth the $

Ordered this on Memorial Day and got it early. June absolutely love the way my house smells and I’m looking into buying a second one for another floor.

Initially I liked my diffuser but mine quit after 3 months and the company wouldn't replace it because it was over a month old. I would not recommend this product to anybody.

Shipping for the diffuser and free sample scent was quick. But I ordered what said an in stock scent and an in stock sample box. Paid $130ish dollars. They took the money immediately from my credit card. 10 days later my stuff has still not shipped. I ordered directly from the company. Thought that was the right thing to do. Regret my purchase. My diffuser has been shut off for weeks cause they dont seem to care about taking care of me after my purchase of the diffuser.

Ordering was easy; product delivered quickly; the scent was awful. If this is Heaven, I don't want to go!! So perfumy that it gave me a headache. When I opened the bottle a couple drops fell on my table and stained it.

Half order appeared. Waiting ages to get another set of oils as first ones didn’t arrive

I just got my machine a week ago and it was working fine. I didn’t change anything and was using the same oil in the bottle the entire time. All of my the sudden it is leaking and stopped working. I bought the one that covers at least 1500 square feet. If the company stands behind its product and the warranty, I will gladly write a better review.

I selected "Heaven" which smelled very nice. The product arrived in a timely manner. HOWEVER, the scent was very weak and I could barely smell it even when standing next to the diffuser. Great scent but Disappointed in the product.

I bought a refurbished diffuser, and it was VERY easy to set up. It has only been a week, but I am obsessed with this little machine and the way it makes my house smell. I started off with a big bottle of Whitewood Intense and am awaiting bottles of Heaven, Baccara and Mahogany & Teakwood.

Today I received this email in regards of how is my product doing.? Today is the 10th day since I ordered it and still waiting, hopefully it's out for delivery today. Maybe then I'll give another review but so far long wait.

Smells great . You don't even have to run it long. Covers my whole downstairs. Love it.

The scent was unpleasant. I won’t use it. I was so excited to try it. I rushed to open it, only to compare to bug repellent. I would like to get a refund or another scent. This one is a total waste of money.

The scent was not good. Smells soapy and cheap. It took a bit to get shipped. Website says usually 48 hours. Mine took about two weeks

Seems to be well made, easy to install and program. The entire place smells excellent now.

Total junk. Set me something that looks used and now they want me to box up, drive to drop off at shipper, wait for them to inspect and then decide what they are going to do about it. No thanks, I'll just toss it in the trash, cut my losses and buy from a reputable company.

I love this machine, well worth the money.

I love this magic scent easy to set up and the free scent smells amazing. I highly recommend. I would definitely buy again if I have to and the price well worth it.
