I was ordering "scents"; although that part is a 5 I am only giving a 3 because I needed to contact someone at the company. I left a voicemail with my number and nobody bothered to get back to me (and that was over a week ago). It doesn't matter how good a company's product is if the people you have running it aren't.

Amazing scents would definitely purchase from them again. Quick delivery especially as came from the US

I would not recommend this diffuser machine.
This has been one of the worst purchases I've ever made. The machine is incredibly noisy, to the point where it's almost impossible to have it running without noticing it. The vibration is so strong that when we placed it behind our sofa, the entire sofa would shake.
While the fragrance itself smells nice, the machine does not perform as advertised. It certainly does not cover the large areas they claim. In our experience, the scent barely reaches beyond a single room.
For the price and the promises made by the company, the performance is very disappointing. Between the excessive noise, constant vibration, and limited scent coverage, I would not purchase this product again.
Do not recommend.

I love the scents I chose but struggle with setting the diffuser manually. I’m not techy so I don’t want to have to download the app. I just want to be able to power on and off when I decide. The last two nights I power off or think I do and it still runs all night. I’ll Google for help today.
Otherwise love the setting options and the quiet sleek design of the diffuser.

Rating based on processing and shipping. Way too long. Over a week to receive the order. I've placed a second new order and that has also been over a week. No order or shipping updates are available online. Second order will probably be my last one due strictly to the time it takes from order to item received.

The scent is so weak it does not even fill my living room! Do not recommend this scent.

It was an incredible experience long overdue! Very Luxurious and worth every scent! I am overwhelmed at how magnificent your diffusers are, covering 2,000 square ft. of your home with the most refreshing fragrances that adorn you!

I love the product but they need to pack the bottles better bc one of the little ones exploded i guess bc it was shattered in tiny pieces and the oil and shattered glass was all over the other bottles. And the other little bottle was basically empty bc it leaked out i guess.

Very slow shipping process. I know usps is slow, but 3 days to even create tge label is ridiculous. Step it up guys or I will get my oils elsewhere.

Love the scent and when there was a shipping issue, they sent me a new one right away. Great customer service.

I love that this is not a subscription and you have many scents to choose from. Also, I love your diffusers.

The product is fine but the customer service is horrible! The phone number on the site doesn’t work. I had to sent 4 emails over the course of a week to get a response back when I wanted to exchange the product I bought for a bigger one and then it’s 2-3 days in between any future responses. The customer service couldn’t be any worse.

I have had this TMS 100 hooked up to my HVAC system for three days now. I started out at 120 minutes on, 30 minutes off. I couldn't smell anything. I bumped it up to 360 minutes on, 10 minutes off. Still nothing. Now on the Thord day I am at 960 minutes on, 10 minutes off. Not improving at all. I have a 2,000 Sq. Ft. house, so this should have been perfect. Probably trash it.

Received our products quickly and in good condition. The scents we chose have met our expectations and add a beautiful experience to our space.

Very easy to order, got a refurb machine and it works perfectly. LOVE the scents! So far I have used Santal and Heaven. I got a sample pack and will be exploring more scents. VERY pleased with the whole experience!!

Customer service was top notch when we needed a custom sample set. We selected our favorite scent and purchased our diffuser. It arrived quickly and well packaged. Our home smells so luxurious that it brings a calming sense when you walk in.

Love this product it has my home smelling amazing.
