Well the Boerewor sausage Spot-On !!! We’ve tried other suppliers but this sausage from Savanna will take some beating.

The best service defiantly the best biltong and boerewors. I have tried every South Africa shop in UK. The biltong is moist not to dry has coriander which I love and thin slices. Thank you. I would recommend to anyone.

Very happy with everything I have bought so far just the last order I ordered Pronutro and it was really not nice. The C breakfast had a smell and it was not nice at all. Not too sure if the recipe has changed but it was awful. I actually threw it in the bin. Otherwise Savana is excellent.

I’ve been ordering from The Savanna online as there’s no shop near me, and the service has been excellent. The website is easy to use, delivery is reliable, and they stock all the South African favourites I miss. It’s also been lovely introducing my British‑born husband to these flavours — he’s really enjoying sharing the taste of my home.

Ordered online after a really good experience with the young lad in Waterloo shop. Delicious beef sticks and will be using this company from hence forth for all my biltong and Braai needs :)

The number of people that I know who love Savanna dry cider is endless! To be able to find it was fantastic. Not only that....I'm not a cider drinker, but tried it, and loved it. I really hope you keep on making it possible to purchase. It's gorgeous!

Very disappointed with delayed delivery and then to find not all items ordered in delivery, no reason given and bad communications.

website is dramically improved; as are comms: mails reminding me of an upcoming order and giving me options to pause are so useful!!

I have been wanting to buy Charlotte Rhys products but was unable to find a company in the UK that sold them. Delighted with The Savanna as communication was excellent as well as packaging of the items and also delivery. I only wish you would sell a wider selection of these products as I grew to love term when visiting South Africa over many years both for work as well as pleasure. The Pillow Spray No 17 beautiful. Hopefully, one day?!

Awesome first order with The Savanna. Quick efficient friendly service bang on delivery what’s not to like.

First order received today, and Im not too happy. 3 packs of boerwors, TOTALLY defrosted! Very little in the way of ice packs. Ive bought boerwors in past from other companys, but they always arrive FROZEN!!! I WONT be bying from you again!

Very disappointed with the service and lack of communication. Ordered 2 packs of boerewors, ribs, rashers, cordial and chips on Tuesday. Received on Friday (24 hour delivery, rather than 1pm special) when told by Royal Mail it will arrive in the morning 10-12 but arrived at about 5pm. Box was warm and immediately opened to look at the meat. The minimal ineffective ice packs/cooling gels provided (yes it was a heatwave, but more should have been added) meant that the meat was room temp and read at almost 26 degrees. I sent an email as it was too late to call. Heard nothing from them, sent another email Wednesday. Nothing. Called multiple times today with no answer and sent another follow up email to the two emails. Nothing. So incredibly frustrated from a lack of response, doesn’t seem very professional.
