I informed Lisa & the savanna team of my home address change for an impending delivery, they were fantastic and my South African wife is happy once again.

Easy ordering and delivery as scheduled. Can't wait to taste the wors.

Totally disappointed. order placed 26th April, dispatched 29th and supposed to be received 1st May at the latest. was then told would definitely arrive by 2nd. I messaged on 4th and said not arrived and no longer wanted. Was advised that new order would be sent out on 5th. then received e mail on 5th to be told original order would arrive. told them and they said ignore as new order would go out Tuesday 5th. By Thursday, no update, contacted them would send out today. I advised to cancel. I have ordered from Savanna regularly and also collected biltong and droewors from London Victoria every time I was down that way. Very bad service and doubt that I will ever use again

Customer service was outstanding!!! I was concerned my order wouldn’t arrive in time for my birthday braai due to the high demand, but the head of marketing did his utmost to have it delivered in time and sure enough, it arrived !!! Excellent packaging too .

1st time ordering from here online but we have used to king cross store lots.
The meat came really well packaged and super fast we ordered 2 of the bundles were very happy with the quality.
Defo recommend these guys will sure be using again this summer

I placed an order as a gift for a friend, with delivery specifically requested for Friday. The package was clearly marked not to deliver if it could not arrive on the stated date, yet it still arrived on Monday instead. Unfortunately, by that stage all of the contents had spoiled.

My friend emailed the company with the order number and full details but never received any response, which is extremely disappointing customer service.

It is such a shame, as the meat I had purchased previously was excellent quality. Sadly, this experience has completely let down what should have been a special gift.

Packaged beautifully. Had constant updates as to delivery. Carefully packaged so much so that not even the crisps were crushed.

Biltong amazing although I do prefer it more fattier and wetter. It would be nice to have
that option . Apart from that top class

After a last minute order on Tuesday evening, and even with after explaining that I'm leaving on Saturday morning, I wasn't sure that it would be possible for my order to get to me in time, but with exceptional communication and extraordinary commitment to there clients, I received my order this morning(Thursday), all I can say is THANK YOU!!!

Poor behaviour
Ordered a platter for 2 paid and whilst waiting for collection guy returns saying we don't have rice you will be served pasta, this is not the 1st time I encounter such behaviour will not return back

Very good quality of Boerewors sausages second to none in the UK.
Buying from Savana for years and quality remains the same. Customer service is highly respected. Good delivery service.
So go ahead and try their good quality meat sausages original recipe from South Africa and I not SA. So thats saying their good products deliver everytime.

We did a meat order for the May bank holiday weekend and the meat was exceptional. Absolutely top quality products as always and a taste of home!

My first lot of biltong bites wernt so fatty this time I couldn't eat it so much fat i dont like fatty foods. Drywors was plain & still wet ? The sliced biltong was fine everything else was good. But wont spend so much money on the biltong anymore if I dont eat it sorry.

Great packaging, swift delivery

Savanna has the best tasting wors I have been able to get in the UK. Tastes just like what I would get in SA and the quality is excellent. They communicate and update you constantly about the order and when to expect it. Everything arrived as expected.

It's always great to get our favourite treats from The Savanna. Ordering is quick and easy and delivery is spot on every time
