I did make a order and after I realised the Google was add at shipping address a wrong address! So I panic and I was messaging to customer service and in the same day they get back to me with the message how the problem it would be solved!! I get my package!! I'm really happy with the earring I got!! Even if at the beginning I was a little bit worried about the size of it because in photos I can't see actually the size of it!! But when I got it and see the actually size .. I decided I would order another one: same model!

I was delighted with the quality of the ring. Nice weight and size. I was afraid that the detail shown in the image would not be the same. There was no reason to worry! Crisp and clear lines showing true craftsmanship of the jeweler. I am very happy to be able to receive such high quality at an affordable price.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered cufflinks in September, they broke as soon as they came out of the box, didn't even get to put them on the shirt. Contacted support, they basically said I lied and asked for pictures as proof. Provided pictures and they ghosted me!!! I have called, emailed, no response. Terrible!! DO NOT RECOMMEND this company or the product!!

Outstanding jellewry but takes a bit time arrive.

This company is scammers. Sending ‘expensive’ pieces and you are getting cheap metal no quality items. I’m this is ridiculous z. No proper communication and no certificates. Everything is fake. Very disappointed.
Please be careful they are not even doing a proper refunds.

I’ve never received jewelry packaged this well. You can clearly see the effort they put into presentation. The box itself looked gift-ready. Very pleased!

Honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. My order sat in “shipping” forever with zero real updates, and the delivery partner they use might as well not exist. I kept checking and hoping, and it just turned into a huge waste of time.

I finally gave up and asked for a refund because nothing was moving and no one could give me a straight answer. Super frustrating. I really wanted to like the swag because their jewelry looked amazing online, but after this mess I won’t be ordering from them again.

Save yourself the headache. There are plenty of other online jewelry shops that actually know how to ship things and keep customers in the loop.

I tried other brands before but THESWAF is definitely superior in quality. The silver doesn’t tarnish easily and the workmanship is excellent.

I love their minimal designs. You can wear them every day or for special occasions—they fit any style. Perfect alternative to mainstream brands.

I have not even made a purchase yet. And I am not impressed. I started a chat to ask some questions to clarify information, not provided on the website about a three millimeter byzantine square chain. There was no spec on the weight of the chain, and I wanted to know if the jump rings were welded. For those that don't know, the jump rings are what attach the clasp to the chain. You would expect someone in the business to know what that is. This person did not. And never answered the question. In the interest of fairness and disclosure. They did contact me. And told me that they would be updating their website to reflect the necessary information that a consumer expects to see when making a purchase. Such as gram weight, whether the product is solid sterling silver or not, and a basic, more accurate description of the product. Going forward.I hope that they will endeavor to train their customer service associates more fully, as to not set them up for failure. At which time this has been completed? I requested them to send me an email reflecting the changes and I would remove my negative review.

The quality of the ring I bought is great. All in all the shopping experience went well in every part of the way.

Well update i have received my merchandise, and it's very nice i am a happy camper at this point Well, the ordering process was very easy.I actually went through an app called shop. But y'all claim to send it in eight days. Well I have yet to see it. Says it's in new jersey waiting for the item per the u s post office. So yeah, at this point i'm not happy about you guys.
