I ordered the wrong size ring. When I emailed customer service I was met with attitude that I should have double-checked and that they will not send a ring and refund my ring until I check and make sure the size and I need is correct. I've since checked and got the correct ring size we can no longer get a hold of this company at all. If this is how this company does business I no longer would like to do business with this company they are not the only company out there that makes silver rings. So in my opinion horrible customer service which makes for a horrible business experience.
At this point I don't even want to exchange my ring I don't care enough to deal with a business like this.

I'm sure what happened with me happens all the time they sell rings they should get used to it they should also work on their customer service skills.

I didn't receive my order. It says that the order has been delivered but when I go on the tracking system, it says the order is still being processed.
I choose to go with the second one because I still haven't received the ring.

Sadly it’s broken. The pendant looked super nice, but the parts holding the pendant to the chain was broken when I received it.

Would not recommend purchasing from here.

Product quality, communication and order delivery are great.

Pendant was not on the chain and chain won’t pass through the pedant bail opening, so I’ll have to take it to a local jeweler and have the opening drilled out or chain clasp removed.

The ring came that we paid 0ver £70 for and on the website it said it was 925 silver but this wasn't the case as it has no stamp on the ring, very disappointing with this and when we tried to send bk they state the address is in America but after doing research they are based in Turkey

Although, my received ring lacked a bit of details that were shown on the website. The letters on the cross were not complete.
Also expected it to have a silver stamp ,925 but it didn't.

I really question the legitimacy of the negative reviews here, and if you’re unsure, go to THESWAF website, where you will see real reviews and photos from satisfied customers. I ordered a ring, and the quality is amazing. Their customer service was brilliant when I queried the length of time the delivery was taking, (I’m in Australia). They replied promptly and tracked my package. I’ll have no hesitation in buying more jewellery from this company.

I ordered the silver/iron look for my wedding cufflinks and you guys sent me gold. I only give it 2 stars because they looked decent besides the gold aspect.

I was sent a ring with no stone in the setting. The lack of customer service was deplorable. I never received an email response to several emails . I only received responses to the Shopp app. The last response was “do I have to tell you 30 times that the ring will be sent on Tuesday?” Ummm, no, once would be great along with a tracking number. I have kept photos of the conversation.
I will never again purchase from this company. All I wanted was an email not an app response. As far as I’m concerned it was a huge waste of money and time. I’m thankful I didn’t purchase all of the products I intended on purchasing. I will be absolutely shocked if a replacement ring is shipped. I guess it will be a huge surprise due to the lack of communication and no tracking number.

Ordered a ring. Didn't hear anything initially so I reached out. Was advised the original product was not up to standard and that a new one was being fabricated. Ring arrived, looks amazing and you can feel the quality. Will definitely be ordering more rings.

Garbage product. The fact I was charged $100 for a cracker jacks ring is mind blowing. Looks nothing like the add. The detail is non existent. The gold plating is laughable. Looks like someone took a rattle can of gold rusto to it and called it gold plated. Needless to say I will not be a return customer.
