Can't fault the job would recommend which I have done. Like that you get a message the day before your clean

They always send a text the day before they come and you can cancel the visit if it is not required. The windows are well cleaned including the window above the extension which our previous window cleaner never did

Excellent service from Tidal. I can highly recommend Tidal, my windows are sparkling after Ben’s been. Never any streaks or scratches. He is always respectful of my garden and many pots. I really like the app, I know when they will come and payments is automatic after they’re done.

100% recommend them to everyone. Extremely professional and reliable company. Communication is amazing and in case of any problems extremely fast solution.

Tidal have been cleaning my windows, window ledges outside and French doors on my home for a few years now. They always notify me what day the van will arrive, so I can open the gate and that’s it. (And if I’m not home, they manage to get the gate open & The clean goes ahead and I need do nothing!) The cleaners are always cheerful and efficient! I’ve NEVER been disappointed with my windows.
I cannot complain about the price, either.

Absolutely over the moon with how clean my windows are. Very professional and Ben is very polite and worked miracles as my windows, they haven't been professionally cleaned in years. The service provided is excellent, its not just cleaning the windows, included in the price is doors and sills. I used to have a window cleaners years ago, its was a quick wipe over and if you wanted sills doing it was a extra £1 per sill.
I have them cleaned once per month, thats all it needs, they tend to stay clean apart from where my cats cat put her muddy paws on them. I highly recommend Tidal and Ben.
