Tile Flair Warmley were fantastic. They helped me order tiles, choose grout, give advice and recommendations. They called me when they said they would and allowed me to refund two boxes of leftover tiles with ease. I think the gentleman's name was Nick who gave excellent customer service on every visit.. Highley recommend.

Guys in swindon was extremely helpful and help me to my specific requirements.. 100% recommend them.

A brilliant experience, James and the team are extremely knowledgeable and it was well worth the drive up to Reading. Delivery was quick and after sales help was so good. Getting a kitchen refit and the only items that went perfectly was the tiles and service from Tilefair.

Nick at Warmley branch was so helpful he helped me work out how many tiles i needed and even helped me to my car nothing was too much trouble and he was so warm and friendly would def return!!

The support by Aaron on tracking orders and in particular the deliveries was outstanding and he is a credit to the company.

We normally use the Warmley branch.. Always get great service and value for money.

Visited the Reading branch on Friday. Marcus was an absolute star with his knowledge, enthusiasm and patience. After 3 days of looking everywhere I actually came out smiling, he actually cheered me up as I was getting despondent.

I had recently been visiting family in Bristol and decided to pop into Tileflair in Warmley for a bit of inspiration for my bathroom at home . The staff were very helpful and right on hand, I got chatting to Lee and Mark who were incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions with politeness and confidence. Will definitely be popping back in to the store next time im in the area. Throughly recommended. Thanks again!

Was looking to colour match sealant to a kitchen unit, both staff members were very helpful , bringing out various colour matching sticks.

I’ve been dealing with Paul and Aaron at Tileflair for years now, and honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Out of all the tile shops I’ve come across, this is the only one I stick with, simply because they’ve always gone above and beyond. They’re friendly, helpful, and know their stuff inside out, which makes the whole process so much easier. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they always make sure you get exactly what you need.

Over the years, they’ve consistently been reliable, professional, and genuinely great people to deal with. You can tell they really care about their customers, and that’s why I keep coming back. Can’t fault them at all – if you need tiles, Paul and Aaron are the guys to see.

So impressed with Lee at Tile Flair. He helped us choose some new tiles to go in our kitchen after a leak and gave us all the info so we could make an informed decision. So so helpful and made an unfortunate situation into a pleasant experience. Would 100% recommend. Ask for Lee.

Recently had to refloor our kitchen and ended up in Tileflair in Warmley. We didn’t know where to start but Lee was amazing, really put us at ease and gave us some great options. We’re so pleased we dropped in!
