I was in desperate need of some tiles
I was in desperate need of some tiles, the tiles I needed were discontinued. I searched everywhere for them and couldn’t find them. I phoned Tileflair Swindon and spoke to Dan. We ordered all of our tiles from Tileflair for 3 bathrooms & a huge kitchen extension. Jason is very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the right colour scheme for all the rooms. I would like to say a big thank you to the team in Reading for all their support and quick delivery.

A super positive experience
A super positive experience; I visited in a panic having found that the splash backs purchased were not going to work in our new kitchen. Jason was extremely helpful in providing options for tiles, and delivery dates; samples were provided and I placed an order a short time after returning home. The tiles arrived on the day specified and the guys were helpful by loading the boxes into my car. Upon returning a few boxes after the work was completed, James was equally helpful with the unloading and completing the refund without any fuss. Would highly recommend.

Lewis was a great help in helping us choose the right tile for our bathroom along with the trim and grout. Nothing was too much trouble and even provided a sample so we could see it in the room. Even with some changes and returns the service was exceptional.
